Hate to write this being a small business owner myself but really disappointed and don't know how else to go about it. Placed an order on September 21, 2021 for over $1,000.00 and over a year later have had no delivery of said products nor any resolve. On October 21, 2021 got a note from Shawn in regards to inventory shortages and a longer than normal delivery time - fair and understandable. Communication was spotty. I would reach out trying to get updates and often times received no response or a very delayed response. Once the shirts came in it was communicated to me that the shirts were "used for another order." This really struck me as odd and highly unprofessional and yet I still did not complain. Went through a few options for alternate products and refunds and communication once again faded or was nonexistent I've been more than nice and patient but I am REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Planning on contacting Small Claims.

We just ordered banners for our community HOA social committee. Sean was wonderful to work with. When our first printer didn't deliver on their delivery date he was able to get a second order expedited for us so that everything was up in time. His prices were very reasonable and the quality was excellent. He's super responsive as an owner and we'll definitely be using him again.
