this gym is a-okay. there aren't many normal gyms around and, maybe because of that, life time feels quite overcrowded at times. many times i've cut my workout short because i've had trouble getting on equipment.
my other beef is that it's expensive for what it is. it's got a premium gym cost with out the premium gym amenities.
hopefully, more competition will spring up in the area soon.

Love this gym! I've been a member for two months and it has been great. Everyone is really nice and helpful, and the classes are so fun and efficient. The women's locker room is huge and very nice and clean. This is my first gym experience and sadly I'll be relocating but now at least I have something to compare my next gym to.

Clean, well-maintained facility, expansive cardio and strength training options. Good vibe when exercising. Personal Trainer named Tony is stellar.

Very rude staff. You get treated here based on how you look, race and gender included. Funny enough, this isn’t the first review that mentions this. No tactic whatsoever. We did complain about an incident and to my surprise, nothing came out of it. Needless to say, nobody in my family is a member here anymore and don’t plan to be.
Also, it just wasn’t worth the hassle. Classes are below average at best.

Clean, spacious, comprehensive workout facility with child care and a large dressing room. Plenty of free parking.

I worked out with a trainer at Lifetime (Casey Linton) and he was extremely helpful. We did a lot of basics that helped me get into a good routine. We also did exercises geared at helping me in regards to issues I was having with my sciatica.
