Ms. Rehka is very professional. She has done an excellent job with our taxes. We appreciate the analysis of our tax return and gave us great information on how to have a better return for next yr. She is flexible and accommodating. We even sent our daughter to her. Our daughter was also very pleased. Good service. We would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their taxes. Very unpleasant experience. In a nutshell, it was nice and straightforward in the beginning but pretty soon it turned out my wife wasted two days with them trying to file our taxes when after all the reassurance, their compliance suddenly denied our case and the accountant didn’t bother to try and make it work. In fact, it turned out that the accountant didn’t quite do what they said they would, meaning they kinda weren’t trustworthy. At the end of the day, they apparently got tired of my wife asking questions about XYZ and said that we’re welcome to go to whatever other accountant we’ll have. Honestly, I’m very confused because someone recommended this accountant to me but it turned out they kind of don’t care about customer service.Edit: replying to your comment. What you just said is a very twisted version of what actually happened. You should be more careful with things you say to clients.
