I was eloping and had a month to get a dress fitted. I got in right away here and got my dress on time. It fit perfectly and looked great!! She also made recommendations so it would sit better on me. Overall would recommend! Some of the comments mention her being more expensive, I thought the price was very fair and comparable to others.

Larisa had the perfect bridesmaid dress for me even though I waited until the last minute to find one, and had it tailored beautifully in a week. High quality service and a pleasure to work with.

I got a mini dress altered for my courthouse ceremony, as I’m always in between sizes and dresses never fit me right. And she did the impossible! It looks so so so amazing and she did it with such a quick turnaround time. I highly recommend going here. Thank you so much, Larisa!

Larisa is amazing! I am very happy with my alterations services and would definitely seek Larisa’s expert artistry with future alteration needs. My experience with Larisa was positive and professional. She was responsive to my concerns and needs and I am very appreciative of the extra care she showed. Larisa was so gracious. For example, I unintentionally lost a little weight after I stopped taking birth control, and Larisa was able to squeeze me in to make sure that my measurements were precise. Thank goodness! At that second appointment, I forgot my wedding shoes, but she was able to prop my heels on books and still, perfectly measure the dress length. In the end, I was a few months pregnant on our wedding day, and luckily my dress till (tightly) fit, ha!…Larisa was understanding and responsive throughout my experience. She was impressively able to beautifully alter my dress with just one set of measurements. Her incredible skill is very apparent in both her process and final product. I definitely recommend Larisa. Thank you!

Was looking for a wedding dress. Order a few online that were horrible from a different sute. So I decided to check out her shop . She was very personable. I went alone which was hard enough. She helped in every way. The dress I decided was completely out of what I was looking for. It was perfect

We highly recommend Larisa! She was able to alter my new daughter-in-law's wedding gown while keeping its simple beauty. We actually cried when we went for the fitting! It was truly a labor of love as Larisa needed to hand-sew inserts to make it just as it was envisioned. We are so thankful! The dress was perfect!

A true professional and master at her craft. I got my dress from a different state and she came recommended by my store for being able to handle couture wedding dresses. She did an absolutely amazing job and thanks to her I will feel beautiful on my big day. Highly recommend to any bride.

Larisa did a wonderful job altering my wedding dress. She was able to take up the straps, hem the bottom, and added in a bustle that worked very well with the style of my gown. When I picked up the dress, it was steamed and fit like a glove

Please read this review before considering going to this shop.
I brought my wedding dress in to be altered 3 months before my wedding date. Larisa demanded full payment up front, charged a $75 credit card fee, and said the only time I could pick up the dress was the week before my wedding (she said no to a second fitting). The total charges were $1,325.00 for the alterations (to hem the dress, bring the top in, shorten the straps, and add a bustle) and an additional $250.00 for the dress to be steamed. With the credit card charge added in, the total ended up being $1,649.00. I went to this appointment by myself, and she took advantage of that fact. She intentionally and predatorially took advantage of the fact that I have not done this before and was by myself.
Within 5 hours of me leaving the shop, I went back to cancel the transaction and get my dress back. The shop was closed. I returned the next day at 11:00 AM, and still the shop was closed. I was then forced to call her and say that I want a refund, and that I want to pick up my dress. She was unpleasant and unreasonable, stating that the only time the dress could be picked up was nearly a week later and that she had already started cutting (less than 24 hours from when I dropped of the dress). I find that very hard to believe, considering the only option I had to pick up my dress was a week before my wedding, which was 3 months away.
There is a lot more to this story, including her not giving me a full refund, making rude comments about my mother-in-law's nationality, telling me "I'm too young to speak to her like that" when I was assertive about getting a refund and hanging up on me. She also admitted that if I went to another seamstress, they would charge me $900. When she was presented with the fact that she took advantage of me, her response was "well, why did she come by herself?" - two clear admissions of her horrible morals and lack of character. Overall, she is racist, ageist, and volatile. Please, please, please do not go to her for service!

Bride here! Havent had the wedding yet, but wanted to share our experience with Larisa! We bought my wedding gown from Larisa, and had the dress altered with her. She is so wonderful to work with, and made the whole experience amazing, easy and stress fee! Cannot say enough good things! I came in from out state because my mom lives in NC, and we found her boutique. Cannot say enough good things about her! Photo with Larisa ~ will post dress photos after the wedding! Thank you Larisa for contributing so much to what is sure to be a joyous day <3 !!!!Edit: Photos added from the beautiful ceremony and the gorgeous work Larisa did on the dress! We had a Disney themed wedding on the water, and the style of the dress was perfect to capture the flow (and sparkle) of the water and reminded me so much of the dress in the animated little mermaid movie towards the end when she exits the water. Simply perfect! Thank you again Larisa!

Working with Larisa took all the stress out of getting my wedding dress altered (and I'm really a perfectionist, so I was stressed). She was incredibly kind and professional, was able to work on a slightly shorter timeline, even accommodating a last minute change for me, and did FLAWLESS work. She is truly an expert on how your wedding dress is meant to fit your body, and what bustle style best complements your dress. She gave helpful advice on both, which I really appreciated, and I think the result was better and more elegant than if I had made the decision by myself. I feel so confident in my dress, and can't wait to wear it! Thank you Larisa!
