I had an oil change there and they did not tighten the oil 0lug. Also, they said my suspension was going bad, and it was A LOT less than what they said. Stick to tires!!!

I had an EXCELLENT service with Kaon and Thomas at JustTires in Beaver Creek Commons.
I had done a state inspection earlier this morning and needed rear brakes to pass. I was worried my family would need to delay a trip later in the day. I drove into JustTires (first time) and they were able to get me in quickly and at a reasonable price. They also put in a new bulb (that the other inspection station missed?)
I will come back with another vehicle soon.

I called today to get two new tires fitted. The guy I spoke to told me to be there at 2:30 and it would take an hour. I got there on time and over 2 hours later I was finally told my car was ready! Wasted my time and they told me they only had 1 tire machine working. Surely they should have known that when I checked in. I was given an excuse that they should never have told me one hour!!! Not acceptable so I won’t go back there. They should value a customers time.
