I started personal training a little over a year ago as I was tired and frustrated with gyms and the same routine not delivering what I was looking for with fitness goals. Chris has been wonderful to work with! He listens, provides a variety of routines and helps keep me accountable and motivated. I have noticed a huge difference in the muscle I have gained and very impressed with my overall improved strength. If looking for an honest, sincere and dedicated professional then Chris is definitely someone you should work with. Trust me - you will see results!

One of the reasons I came to ISOTOLP Fitness was to increase my muscle mass, thus reducing the damage to my 50+ body. Chris did not disappoint. He is immensely knowledgeable, sensitive to physical limitations, and committed to you 100%. I highly recommend him.

I had a fantastic experience with Chris. I signed up for a 12 week program with him while I was still searching for a martial arts gym after a move. After discussing my fitness goals in our initial meeting, Chris designed program for me was based around dumbbells, body weight, and the cable machine. He emphasizes compound movements to create the most efficient workout for the session and creates some "homework" workouts as well. The best thing about Chris' workouts is he creates variety. The same muscle groups are exercised but he rotates the exercises across sessions to keep things fresh.Chris is very personable, encouraging and pays close attention to maintaining proper form. If you've got injuries or trouble spots, he's able to make modifications to work around them. Plus he has great taste in music!

Chris is super professional, knowledgeable, and just a good person. I took his boot camp classes about 10 yrs ago and loved them. Now that I needed a personal trainer I did not have to think about it, I just called Chris. Same great trainer, he accommodates my training since I live in Puerto Rico now.

I've been working with Chris for almost 5 years now, and highly recommend the personal training sessions. He initially built out a custom training plan for me that focused on functional fitness. Over the years as my goals have changed, our training plan has evolved as well. Chris is understanding and patient, is always willing and happy to make adjustments to workouts and exercises, and is just a great healthy lifestyle motivator!

Chris is the trainer I have chosen to work with since 2018 and will be the guide that I work with for as long as I am able! At 58, I am stronger than I have ever been and I intend to continue to focus on strength training as an antidote to the negative impacts of aging that I have seen in so many of my friends and family. Chris does the best job of encouraging and challenging me without overwhelming my capability. Though my goals are different than some of his younger clients—he has helped me see that I am able to do more than I think I can on the regular! He shares his tremendous knowledge (I love all the scientific information about the various muscles we are working) in every session and brings a wealth of experience and compassion to the table. If you are 20-40 and want to get shredded—Chris is your trainer. If you are somewhere in the middle wanting to build a stronger, leaner body, Chris is your trainer. If you are older and want to become stronger and reclaim a more youthful capacity for movement—Chris is definitely your trainer—and will be mine for the long haul! I've worked out at Isotope since 2017 and I've had a great experience! Chris currently offers in studio and virtual classes to fit everyone's needs and concerns. For the level 1-2 class, you start with a warm up, then do an exercise for one minute each but are given a one minute break after three exercises. Everyone goes at their own pace so no worries about not being able to keep up!After a few months, I noticed I no longer had back pain keeping me up at night. Totally worth it!

My husband and I have been clients for over a year and cannot recommend Chris enough. Everyone knows that sometimes there are ups and downs in the motivation you can have to just "Get up and exercise!'. Especially on those days when you have had a long, stressful day at work. Chris is always smiling when we walk through his door, and ready to pump us up with his positive attitude and innate ability to make us feel good about ourselves regardless of where we think we are physically. If I had to review him with one word, it would be "PRICELESS".

Chris is a skilled, seasoned trainer whose evidence-based approach to fitness has crafted a results-driven studio that supports fitness goals while maintaining a safe environment for his clients, regardless of previous athletic experience. As a person with chronic fitness-related injuries, this studio has been ideal in helping me create a challenging exercise regimen that is also sustainable - I have not yet had to take time off to nurse injuries while still seeing progression in my strength and endurance, which is huge! I cannot be thankful enough for that, and if this resonates with you, I'm sure you would benefit from Chris' expertise, too!I hope to see some of you at the studio soon! :)

I usually don't write reviews but the experience I just had with the owner compelled me to write one. I spoke to this guy via email and sounded like one of those trainers who isn't really about you as a client. He has one of the biggest eagles I have seen yet. His customer service skills are non-existent. Unfortunately, although there are several gyms in the area, sometimes it's tricky to find the right fit and sometimes we settle. I am sure this guy has lots of clients but if you ask me, he doesn't deserve them. He has absolutely no humility! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!Response to reply below: I was not commenting on your skills as a trainer. Sometimes having the skills can only take you so far. I believe the way you treat/ talk to people is as important and I did not like how you spoke to me as if I am just one more number to you! You speak with so much ego and felt you have no respect. That is why I gave you 1 star.

During Covid I gained 30 pounds, lacked confidence and struggled from anxiety. I worked with Chris who came up with my meal plan and workout plan. During the last several months I lost 33 lbs, gained confidence and have been able to stop my anxiety meds. Chris provides you everything you need to get the results you want and then some! I never thought I would be able to accomplish this, especially doing everything virtually, I was wrong. Chris is an Amazing personal trainer who listens to you and understands life happens. I highly recommend Chris and Isotolp Fitness!

Both me and my wife started going to Dynamic Human program 2 years ago and we love it. We almost never skip classes and we are in the best shape we’ve ever been.If you have specific fitness goals, I highly recommend Personal Training with Chris. He developed an individual program for me and I completed and exceeded all my goals. This is the most effective way to achieve what you want and it does wonders. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!!!
