Shorted change when my kid went in to make a purchase. They couldn't produce a receipt, seems like oversight of cashiers is lacking here if they're ripping off kids or straight up not ringing up sales.

Fairly new Gas station. Clean and spacious. Convenient offering few items. It has a small indoor and outdoor sitting area for you to eat. Vacuums, air and ice bag dispensers. The gasoline offered here is exxon and has 14 pump lines which is convenient during peak hours. Is a convenient location.

Went in to get a coffee, they had a 2/6$ deal for java monsters, I got two monster java monster cold brews and they rang me up for the whole amount (about $8). I asked about the discount and they said it was for a different product. We went over to the sign which said "all java monster products" but then they insisted it was only the ones pictured and because the ones I wanted were "cold brew" they didn't count even though they had a "java monster" label on the can. Ended up just getting one, in the future I'll make the extra 2 minute drive down the road to a place that will actually price as advertised.

Please keep your receipts. This past weekend, we stopped by here to get something quick to drink. BIG MISTAKE. We got the 2 for 2.50 and a Reese cup $6 with tax however an hr later I have a $10+ charge on my card. Currently, disputing the charge.

Amazing place to work, would definitely recommend getting a job here. The manager is competent and the owners treat you with the respect you deserve.

The workers close this place down @1030 when closing time states 11pm. That was very “convenient” for me after I showed up within business hours. This has happened numerous times. At least change the business hours to (10pm - closing time) so you’re not repeatedly lying to customers about the closing time.

Pumps run slow. They advertise tap to pay, which doesn’t work. They force you to insert your credit card into a reader, although the tap to pay icon is there. It even flashes green as if it works. I’ve tried more than once on different pumps.

Don't trust the hours. Apparently the employees just shut down whenever the mood strikes. Went at 9:58 when Google said they closed at 11 and the store was completely shut down.

They state they they are open to midnight but that's not true. Some nights they are open to midnight, other nights they are closed down by 11:00 PM. I suppose the employees make the decision on a day-by-day basis and that's fine, I'll take my business to Han-Dee-Hugo's 45 seconds down the road. They're dependable in that they never close.

I get off work in Raleigh at 11 PM every night and the Hub is the last gas station I pass before I get home at 11:30 every night. Their website says they’re open u til midnight and until recently they were. But every night this weekend they’re closed before I even make it back into Apex. Tried at 11:50 last night with no luck, tried at 11:35 tonight and they were already closed. If you’re going to start closing before midnight please update your hours. Otherwise please stay open until posted so people don’t have to turn around and go back to somewhere they’ve already passed just because your hours are wrong.

This is my first ever time leaving a review for a gas station. I stop in here from time to time because the location is good and they have a surprisingly good selection of local and microbrew beers. The staff is always friendly but today I felt like they deserved a review. The young man behind the counter was very nice, and even double bagged my beer when I wasn’t even expecting him to bag it at all. The other young man informed me about a beer delivery service and handed me a promotional card that gets me $5 off my first purchase and he also explained that they deliver beer within an hour. As a business owner myself I appreciate the awesome customer service, these guys were clearly trained well and took pride in what they do. I didn’t get either of their names but it was Friday 9/17 at about 7pm- so give them a kudos or whatever but they represent your business well!

Terrible place to work, wouldn't recommend getting a job here, The manager is incompetent and the owners treat you like servants you'll be underpaid and expected to do more than you get paid for

Not a good place to go. Went on 8/13/21 @ 9:00pm. The only 2 people working which looked so “comfortable” ? with each other you would almost think they are boy friend and girl friend or something, apparently seemed so high out of there minds to even give us a bag. Girl behind the counter wanted to just brag and joke about how high she is. And the guy didn’t even give us a bag for our alcohol. Not good customer service.
