“I was there the other week and arrived about 45 minutes before the 3 o'clock check in so I could not get a room yet. I spoke with Chris Eastwick at the counter. It was very hot and I said to him do I have to wait in my car. Without hesitation he hands me a towel and says, "We have a pool, you can go for a swim " His quick thinking made my day, I changed in the men's room and went for a swim. The room was great, breakfast was great but the customer service was out of this world”

“Last minute stay before flying out of RDU. So glad I chose this location. Hotel was quiet and room was very spacious and well maintained. Outdated cable/satelite system would be my only complaint. Best part was front desk service I received from Shanequa M. and Laron the overnight rep. Both were very helpful and friendly. Next time I come to Raleigh I will gladly book at this location.”
“This was a one night stay to visit Raleigh and Cary. I made this reservation months before going so I got it at a very good price.The inside is nice and clean. The elevators are a little slow and probably the oldest thing that I noticed in the hotel. They have a dinner(bar)/breakfast restaurant that you can get food from.The room itself was very nice. The shower pressure was amazing. The bed was made and the access to outlets amazing. Their AC/Heater has been upgraded which was nice.Overall we enjoyed our stay!PS: if you play Pokémon Go, there is a stop at the hotelPros:- Clean and updated- Good water pressure- Parking available- Good middle place to Raleigh and Hmart Cary area- They gave us complimentary water bottlesCons:- Breakfast is not free- We were given 2 keys, but only one of our keys worked- Elevator slow”

“Unbelievably at 4:30 on Saturday the porch as completely empty. Out party of 6 wanted to sit and have drinks on a beautiful afternoon. We were swiftly told that the tables were all reserved at 5 for dinner. It seems incredibly short sited that they would not allow $150 worth of revenue in bar service in favor of future reservations. ( we could have been gone in 30 minutes easily) We went to the bark bar in the park and gave them our money instead. .”
“Book this hotel almost last minute so we could go watch the Ranger/canes hockey game. Decently priced, great location, we walked to and from the game, staff was friendly and they have free breakfast in the morning. My husband and I sat out in the garden area before the game and had a drink in the lit gazebo after the game. Our room (141) was the last one down our hallway but the large doors leading to the parking lot and out in the garden area were very loud. We will stay here again for future trips to PNC Arena!!”

“Heads up this Hotel is not in Raleigh it is in Cary, 20 min away but it has the best customer service. The front desk and house keeping give amazing service and was so nice! The room does not have a microwave or refrigerator but it had a great patio. In the shower you have to screw the pull lever tight because the water came out of the top and bottom of the shower until we fixed it. Other than that the room was big with a big screen TV and the double beds were so soft. Thank you so much we had so much fun!”
“Got a wheelchair accessible room. It was very large both the room and the bathroom. Wheelchair accessible shower with a seat that folded out from the wall. Good pillows. Not flat as a piece of paper. Had some substance to them. Great service at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.”

“The hotel is s hop, skip, and a jump to the airport and the highway. The hotel and room were very clean. The evening front desk associate was very polite. However, the morning staff were not as friendly and seemed arrogant. Those are harsh words, but they are at the front desk to help guests and not have social hour. I would have 5 stars for service, but hopefully, management will address this matter. I will stay here again when we travel to Raleigh.Nearby activities: Tanger Outlets 25 minutes.”

“The staff was very friendly kind and helpful. Went out of their way for me. Like everyone else is saying it's mostly outdated n worn down though it looks like they are working on a renovation. The breakfast was fantastic with good eggs crispy bacon and even individually wrapped cups. Bravo!”

“I found the room to be very clean. Hallways smelled nice. No bugs. I wasn't happy about no microwaves, fridges or coffee pot. I am in a tight budget and was going to eat a microwave meal. No way to heat it. Wasted money. No fridge, for the amount of money they saved from not having those things they should be able to afford decent mattresses. I could feel every single bar under the mattress on bedframe. And the bed makes horrible sounds when you move! Rm 127! The front staff was a bit snippy. They tell you there's a 50 dollar deposit and before you can ask anything they constantly say card or cash card or cash. Not friendly at all. Would I stay again? Yes. I'll just bring an ice chest and my own coffee pot and pray for a decent mattress? it's close to my hospital.Safety: I felt some what safe till I had to go to my vehicle and there were several people having what looked like an after work party in the parking lot. They had ice chests on tail gates drinking beer and I could smell weed.”

“Great stay! A little pricey but it was worth it. The room was super clean, the sheets and linen smelled SUPER fresh and wonderful amenities. Unfortunately, there was no water or water bottles available anywhere. It would be nice if the hotel supplied you with at least two bottles of water in your room and some bottled water or a refill station in the lobby, other than that, I highly recommend this place. Great value and great rooms!”

Unfortunately despite its newness, the rooms are showing a little bit of wear, but it’s clear to see that the management takes cleanliness seriously.The one or two minor issues we found, the staff was helpful and courteous in helping us resolve them.Rooms: Roomy units with a larger than usual kitchenette.”
