“We chose a king studio suite here in Apex because of the price and good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious clean room and a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, average size shower tub bathroom that was remodeled, clean, with good water pressure and wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. Very quiet place with no sketchy people, pleasant staff. Safe location and good parking, easy to get in and out. Had no problem getting fresh towels every day at the counter as we came home. They did a thorough cleaning and linen change once on Sunday at the end of the week. You can always ask for it more often but we didn’t feel the need. Overall a good experience. For a budget suite this is a good one.”
“I was there the other week and arrived about 45 minutes before the 3 o'clock check in so I could not get a room yet. I spoke with Chris Eastwick at the counter. It was very hot and I said to him do I have to wait in my car. Without hesitation he hands me a towel and says, "We have a pool, you can go for a swim " His quick thinking made my day, I changed in the men's room and went for a swim. The room was great, breakfast was great but the customer service was out of this world”
