We went into Home Depot in Apex, NC this morning to look for a microwave oven replacement. Luis Garcia assisted us with retrieving the unit we chose and entered the information into their system to complete our purchase. Luis was one of the most courteous and helpful associates we have encountered at a Home Depot store. He made our experience pleasant and refreshing. Sending a big “shout-out” to Luis and hoping his management team provides him heartfelt recognition for demonstrating excellent customer service. Thank you Luis!

Put a new process in place for answering telephone calls. The current one is a very poor reflection of your otherwise very good service at that store.

Went to the Apex NC Home Depot to buy some bags of top soil and had a very Special experience checking out at the cash register with a cold matter of fact acting cashier that made me feel not liked. First of all let me say this. I Am a Marine Corps Vet and dam proud of it. Brow beating saying my VA vet ID issued to me by the US government wasn't a real military ID. Well your right its not a military ID its a Veterans ID. Past Military service Ladies and gentleman. So no ten 10% percent discount and o wait only if I'm a disabled or a retired Vet I get a ten percent 10% discount ok. Thats very generous Home depot but how about the rest of us Vets ? Thats ok we get Veterans Parking in the parking lot.

The customer service at the Apex store is at rock bottom. It's can't get worst. This is a reflection on Home Depot and the Apex store manager!

I ordered a product online and my husband who is a veteran went in to pick it up. He assumed he could get his 10% discount especially because it was Veteran's Day. They were rude and just didn't want to do it. They could have refunded his money, re rung the product giving him his 10% military discount but that was just too much trouble for them. Unbelievable to be treated like that on Veteran's Day. We will not be going back to your store.

11/18/17 Update: not a good experience with delivery of my products....did not call me day before or even on that day...had to spent 5 hrs waiting for them. 3 reps gave me different info each time i called.

I really wish I could give this Apex Home Depot store and Home Depot in general a zero or negative star rating. They are absolutely the worst! They as well as their GE Delivery Service and LD Appliances don't deserve to be in business. They have no idea what customer service is and haven't a clue how to run a business. We ordered nearly $5k in appliance on August 18th 2018. They promised us 1st September delivery. We get a call on 30th August saying that it needs to be rescheduled for 8th September. Again on 6th September we get a call that it needs to be rescheduled to 15th September. Again on the 13th September we get a call that it needs to be rescheduled for the 21st September. On the 21st September morning I call Home Depot delivery service and they tell me that only the dryer is going to be delivered and the washer and refrigerator is scheduled for the 28th September. On the 28th September I get a call from the Home Depot Delivery service saying that the truck broke down. This is a logistic company who is not prepared to manage a broken truck with a backup? In the meantime, we are in a brand new home with no washer and dryer, a mountain of dirty cloths and managing food without our fridge. No one else should go through the trauma we did over 6 weeks timeframe. As I write this review we still don't have the full delivery of our appliances even after paying in cash for them. I would avoid them like the plague!

This store does not carry materials I needed on line or in store Lowe's does not have to worry they are both short staff.. Short on materials and you can't buy them on line either. So much for trying to complete my project

5 stars for the staff alone! Everyone was SO helpful and directed me right to the items I needed. Kiddos LOVED the car carts! (Made bringing them more enjoyable).

Bought dishwasher and microwave from home depot on 4/1. Delivered both 4/15,both damaged. Returned 4/21 to install both again. Installed both. Came back an hour later. We installed the wrong dishwasher. Took new one out, put old one back. Delivery guys cancel order, so have to reorder. Now delivery is set for 5/8. Oops, called today, dishwasher is back ordered and won't be in until 5/19. Yup. 6 freaking weeks. Argh!

Possibly one of the worst customer service related experiences I've had to date. My mother ordered a refrigerator online but there was a problem with processing that day. The rep called this Apex store to process the order as a "manual order" and instructed her to finish the order in person within a week. 3 days later I accompanied her to this store to finish up the order... pay for it. A kind and patient gentleman, Brooks, attempted to help sort things out. Apparently the price she was quoted and promised was no longer in the system. A "manager" (and I use that term very loosely) was called over. His name was Ned. He approached my mom with a snarky attitude and would not listen to the issue. He interrupted her several times and kept saying there's nothing he could do. He offered no solutions, no options, no help in the least. All she wanted was for Home Depot to honor their word. My mom looked at refrigerators for 2 weeks, in and out of the store, talking with associates at the Cary location, trying to make the best decision. She has bought many of her appliances from Home Depot over the years. Today they lost a faithful customer.

Being a newer store, it's cleaner and less cluttered than the Cary store. I found the employees there friendly, helpful and considering of their customers. I

AWFUL! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would like to give zero stars. Think twice about major purchases here.
