“Visited last Friday to pick up some supplies and a few cards. Jon's customer service was impeccable. This is the best local sports and memorabilia shop in the area. Great prices. On par or cheaper than Steel City Collectibles and Dave & Adam's.”

112 Kilmayne Dr, Cary“My inner nerd screams with joy whenever I step foot into this store. It's a very nice sized shop for Warhammer 40k, battletech, and Warhammer fantasy tabletop. But not only that but it also sells model planes, ships, and RC cars! The customers within are always of a good nature! I recommend checking this place out! Come and get nerdy!”
“RC Hobby is a fantastic small hobby shop with an open family like atmosphere you just can’t find these days. Otto and Anna have created a little haven for people who love RC, modeling and toys. Kids are welcome, big kids are welcome everyone has fun. They have a wonderful mini-z course inside, a small crawler course inside and TWO connected large crawler courses out back. Anna has a nice refreshment/snack area up front and Otto can work on anything that swims, flies or drives. You can find boats, planes and many many cars and trucks. If they don’t have it they can get it - tanks included. If you haven’t been here with your kids you’re missing out on something special.”
“This place is great! You can talk with other gamers, buy dice, supplies, rules books, merch, all kinds of things. They even have a discord and some games running on different nights.”
“The store is always clean and the staff is helpful and nice. Couldn't find what I was looking for, unfortunately. I love going to art supply store but I wonder how they still survive the "online" era. I hope these stores don't go away.”
“A new Hobby Lobby location. It is exceptional. Clean, well organized and a huge selection of items for all artistic adventures and home decorating. One problem was locating the item I was seeking. I could not find anyone on the floor except in fabrics and the line was too long to wait. Then I went back to the front and located a staff member who immediately escorted me to the items. Back to the registers and only the return/exchange line was staffed. After two of us waited a long time, the one staff member of two standing around opened a register. It is a beautiful store.”
“Definitely the superior game store in Raleigh. Extremely overpriced but the structure and vibes make up for it. I wish that for their commander free play they would do a sign up sheet though so you’re not wandering around asking if anyone would play with you.”
“Great with the gaming crowd. Whether table games or sitting together while playing an online game, this is a great neutral place to hang out with friends. You pay by the table, and by what you eat or drink. You can sign up for a monthly rate, which saves you money if you go 2 or more times per month. I am not that into gaming, but enjoy hanging out with friends and family who are, and they really enjoy hanging out here.”
“I love visiting Michael's. Every time I go there I spend way too much time browsing around and thinking up ideas. Everyone on staff is super sweet and they have such an excellent selection!”
“I have been shopping at this location since it opened, and customer service is always good. However, tonight it was excellent! Aleydia (I know I’m misspelling her name unfortunately), went above and beyond to help me. I have always had an issue with my email in their system but, they always told me to call the 800 number, or go through the website. Tonight I told her it’s incorrect, and in less than two minutes, she corrected it and I can finally earn my rewards points, (that I’ve never received before the correction, we’re talking YEARS) So please, give her recognition for her dedication and love for her work. She is one of the few remaining people that actually belongs interacting with customers. 10/10!”

340 Crossroads Blvd, Cary“I'd like to take a moment to recognize and thank Lacee from your Cary Crossroads Custom Framing Department for her excellence in true - active - actual customer SERVICE. I went to pick up my framed art this past weekend only to find that for some unknown reason, the metal plaque was mounted to the middle of my artwork. When I placed the order for the plaque, we talked about whether or not it would fit on the outside of the frame, or centered on the glass on the outside or centered at the bottom of the mat inside the frame, never did we discuss mounting it on the artwork. So when I opened the package to check your work before leaving, my heart sunk. Michaels has demonstrated total lack of care or concern. I didn't know what to say... Lacee and new employee, Kim, both reacted as professionally as possible with surprise to see the plaque mounted on my actual artwork. THANKFULLY, I had printed a photo that was easily re-printable. Not free, but easily reprintable. Thankfully, we're not talking about a priceless piece of art. If it had been, based on the disservice I'd experienced, it would not be surprising.
Lacee is an exceptionally attentive, kind, professional and capable employee - who clearly demonstrates real pride in doing good work. I sincerely hope that she is acknowledged for her customer service excellence. She listened to me calmly and patiently (as did Kim) and offered me reasonable solutions. My re-ordered custom mounted plaque framed piece was correct / to my satisfaction now. Kudos and sincere thanks to Lacee, Kim (new employee) and Omen.”
“I went to sell a couple coins and his offer was pretty much the exact number I had in mind. He went right to the computer and offered current market price. Very fair and honest.”
