I find the staff to be very patient with my questions. They have always been very quick to fill prescriptions and notify the doctor if refills were required.The pharmacist is great.It also is nice that you earn points for prescriptions along with food purchases that you can use at BP or Harris teeter gas stations.

The pharmacy is fine but they almost never answer the phone. When I show up to ask my question they don’t appear particularly busy.

The female pharmacist is very rude. I have made multiple trips for my prescriptions because she refuses to answer the phone. Today, I was told that my medication would be put back after that day. I went to pick it up on my lunch break and it had already been put away. She dictated where I could wait for it to be refilled. She and could care less about the customers. Her attitude is the worst. She doesn’t even attempt to provide good customer service. Extremely unprofessional!

Friendly, caring, and helpful people work in Pharmacy at Harris Teeter. As one of the Immunosuppressed people who live in the area, I have been very blessed to have these folks handling my prescriptions. Thank y’all! You are appreciated!

The woman at the customer services desk did not sell me a cigarette because I did not have an ID. Fine but 2 minutes later my wife approached the desk to buy the cigarette and the same woman sold her the cigarette without asking for any ID. This is discrimination and also illegal.

I am indeed a fan of this Harris Teeter! It's clean, bright and friendly, and it's not very crowded on weekend mornings. The vegetables and fruit in the produce section are usually very fresh. The prices are a bit higher (and sometimes a lot higher!) than at Food Lion or Wal-Mart, so I take advantage of their VIC card deals. I'll spend a little extra at their seafood and meat departments, though, because I have confidence in the freshness. Finally, it's always fun to walk through the wine/beer aisle. You never know what you'll find, and the VIC sales are good there, too!

Today my wife and I went shopping at your store around 1pm and our shopping experience was great as always until we went to check out. Drew was out cashier and he did an outstanding job and was VERY friendly interacting with us. Our bad experience came when Jack the manager came over to help package the items we bought and did not acknowledge us at ALL when we said hello, no only once, twice and three times. He did not say a word which was VERY rude. In fact when we were exiting the store he was coming the opposite way and made a U-turn to avoid us. This person should not be interacting with the public especially if he has no social skills. The rest of the staff has always been friendly and helpful. In fact the guys in the produce dept helped us shuck corn and as we were walking to the back of the store, Michelle who we assume was a manager greeted us and asked how we were doing. Just thought you needed to know about Jack. We trust you will handle this matter accordingly. Tom & Marie

This is one of the best grocery stores around. Always have a good experience. If they are out of something (it happens) they never have a problem giving me a rain check. People are friendly; store is clean; store associates are easy to find. They try hard to get American produce & local when they can. They carry my favorite butter (Amish).

Why do I keep going back? Shame on me again. Was just starving/scrounging for something easy. Bought (another) wrap from there and I'm not being dramatic when I say there were TWO tiny slivers of chicken...for $6. Doesn't stop disappointing...ugh. literally never again.

I love this Harris Teeter! The people are so nice and the location is perfect. Excited to use the new pizza options in the deli remodel and Starbucks is getting a full reno as well. The online shopping is VERY convenient.

We get all our seafood and produce here. Better prices and petter customer service than anywhere I've been. Love this grocery store and the environment
