Harmony Pet Resort was the perfect place for our Molly. She is 9 months old and this was her first time away from us and she did great. The staff was so caring and attentive and made sure she was put in the right play group for her personality. They sent pictures throughout the day and quickly responded to any of our questions. We are so pleased that we found a safe and loving place with caring attendants for our Molly. It was such a positive experience that we will send her back just for play days. I highly recommend Harmony!

Harmony is a great place, attentive an caring staff, and love that it is a one stop place; i.e., Vet services, boarding, day care, grooming, training, and therapy hospital.

Harmony is by far the BEST in pet care. My Cinnamon was boarded and became anxious. The staff was attentive to her and I was getting daily updates. The Spa and Hospital staff are nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL and extremely caring for the services provided to our furbaby. I want to send a special thank you to Courtney who really took her time with Cinnamon and notifying me on her progress. Harmony is the only place I will take my furbaby to. Thank you all so much.

Our sweet Labrador LOVES her day each week to go play with her friends. She is very happy there too when we go out of town.
We tried a place closer to home , but the second time refused to get out of the car to go in. She knows what she loves and we are glad to know she is well cared for every week and the times we have travelled. We highly recommend Harmony to other canine families.

We have two rambunctious Belgian Malinois and we can count on Harmony to take great care of them when we travel. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Tammy for being their buddy and giving them lots of love, and Gary for running an amazing facility!

This review is for the affiliated partner - Harmony Animal Rescue Center. I have not dealt directly with hospital, they may be fine but I see same doctors mentioned. This is a long story but basically I adopted a dog at a rescue in South Carolina and he was heartworm positive and this was not disclosed to us. The rescue said they would pay for the treatment or I could bring him back down there and they would take care of the treatment. The rescue is 2 1/2 hours away so I got an estimate from my vet and it was about $2000. The rescue said they could not afford that price, it only costs $500 down there. This is when we checked with HARC. They said rescue just needed to send their 501c paperwork and they would do it for $300-$500. Meanwhile we started him on Doxy for 30 days and then wait another 30 days for his first treatment. Well that Paperwork was sent in over a month ago and we the pet owners and the rescue have not received ANY communication although we have both called many times and left many messages explaining the circumstances. No one has the courtesy to return a phone call or do their job. I am beyond furious and now have to make 2 - 5 hour trips to SC so he doesn't have to start treatments from beginning. Very unprofessional and downright callous. They are supposed to HELP animals, not hinder treatment and ignore clients!

We always have peace of mind when it comes to boarding our pup here when we can’t take her on trips. They take great care of her and she seems to have a great time! That is saying something as she is very anxious most of time when not 3 feet from my side.

Bailey is a shy dog and doesn’t take to groomer as in the past, he has burn marks from grooming. Bailey goes running into the building and a happy boy when he comes home. Both Merlin and Bailey look great and do not need any retouching either.

I am very pleased with the care and support the team at Harmony Pet Resort & Spa provide our beagle Tucker when he is being boarded or enjoying a play day.
I believe that the team at Harmony Pet Resort & Spa do an exceptional job caring for Tucker when he is being boarded because Tucker suffers from separation anxiety. Their attention and care helps Tuckers enjoy his boarding stay while we are away.
My wife and I enjoy getting pictures of Tucker daily. Tucker seems to be enjoying himself with friendly staff and canine play pals.
I would recommend the team at Harmony Pet Resort & Spa without any reservation for anyone looking for caring, reliable people to take care of your pets.
