GG's Hair Styling in Apex, NC is a great small business hair salon which offers walk-in and scheduled services for hair styles of all kinds. I've been going here about a year now myself and I've done so by scheduling with different stylists and by just walking in. I have zero complaints about any of their stylists, but I have found Nick to be the most efficient for my hair style. I'm able to get in and out within 10 minutes typically if there's no wait.
I highly recommend GG's Hair Styling!
Stylist: Nick Nguyen was extremely professional and quick. He provided great conversation and made sure I was satisfied with my visit before I left. Excellent service!

Dear GG’s,
What a honor it has been that I stumbled upon you almost two years ago. I think I just looked into the closest option to Apex Imports (my old job spot.) I member the first time walking thru the door and it was a new feeling for me since I was used to cookie cutter big corp style barbershops. You know get ya in get ya out very square….Now at GG’s you get the same quick and effective service it’s just so much more like a family business. You can feel it. The ambience is calming yet curious and the vibe is very quick pace but doesn’t feel out of a control. Good luck!

Ok really really disappointed in this place. My son not only got an awful haircut but this place is so unhygienic! The guy didn’t even bother to sweep the floor before bringing him on as a customer. My son even mentioned he didn’t see him clean his tools between customers. Never going back again!! Awful!! For the amount they r charging do better!!

I just went to GG's Hair Styling for the first time, and it was all good.
I went with no appointment, and was seated right away. It looked like they had 3 or 4 barbers working. I was served by Miss GG herself, who has been cutting hair for 45 years.
Cut was good, quick, $18 plus tip. But keep in mind I'm just an old dude looking for a basic haircut.
Worked for me. I would go back.
They do have a sign stating 3.5% more for using a credit card. I happened to have cash.
Requested style: Just a basic haircut. Shorten.
Hair type: Medium length straight blondish/brown hair.
Stylist: Miss GG. 45 years cutting hair. Did well. Owns the shop.

Fantastic spot. The pricing is incredible, especially in today's age. The space is clean, staff super friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and do a great job of it, offering great haircuts at an even better price. Added bonus is that walk ins are welcome and serviced quite promptly. Would highly recommend

This is a great place for family haircuts - recommended to me by a friend who also has kids with wavy hair. And it’s a family owned business. I highly recommend GG’s! My family members and I have had haircuts from Nick, Hannah and GG and they are all excellent. Don’t spend as much to get a terrible haircut from a novice at some chain salon. Seriously - that has happened to my son and husband several times. Never again!

This place has at least 4 hair stylists. Not much waiting time if you don't have an appointment. Reasonable price. Decent ambience.Price: $15
