What's the point of registering for a kids workshop if they give away all of the kits to walk ups and don't have one for you? I needed to buy some stuff here as well but decided to go somewhere else for waisting our time and disappointing my son.

Amberlynn is horribly rude and unprofessional. An item was priced at 11.79 rang up at 20.36. Would not even consider changing it. I had to buy them on Home depot website for the 11.79 price and travel further to get them. Ridiculous.

The choice of Timber/Lumber makes the visit well worth while- being on a fixed income I welcome that HomeDepot places slightly damaged and/or remnants of Timber/ Plywood and other similar products that still have possibilities for worthwhile uses- especially at a high discount. The Store also has just about everything thing one would need together with an excellent Garden Center! All Staff encountered being both friendly and helpful especially giving sound advice and suggestions on what you are seeking. I have been using various HomeDepot stores for many years both here in NN and Western New York. To be recommended JohnH

On 10-31-2022 @ 12pm I waited at the Home Depot appliance desk while two workers chatted among each other. Five to ten minutes go by and neither employee acknowledges I'm even there until I walk away. What kind of employees do you hire? You lost a sale of a new washer and dryer. Thank you

We have had multiple bad experiences with this Home Depot but this one takes the cake. We were able to schedule a date for next week for flooring and scheduled deliveries for our vanities to correlate with flooring. After no updates from flooring to the instillation people or ourselves, we finally got in touch with the flooring department today, who told us that our flooring choice was out and they didn't know when delivery could happen. Now, we can't get in touch with anyone and the flooring people associated with Home Depot hasn't been updated nor have we. And we have our vanity being delivered. We paid $60 extra to have them deliver it upstairs in anticipation to install post-flooring. We live in a townhouse with not ample room for storage. Why are we finding out five days prior that they don't have the flooring? The contractors haven't even been notified after reaching out to Home Depot four times. We are not happy right now.

I'm not sure why they have a curbside option if they never bring out your item. I ended up going in after waiting for 10 minutes to see that employees were free- just not bringing out order!

Had a disgusting experience today 4/19/2022 around 8PM with Josh in the paint department. I simply asked what is the most popular choice of black in the paint area and he laughed and had a smart remark. I then explained to him why I asked that question and how black actually has different shades. He then walked away and left me standing at the paint center for about 10mins and when he got back he stated "oh, you're still here?" as he was expecting me to leave. That was the most disgusting and disrespectful experience I've ever had in HOME DEPOT. Josh alone is the reason why I will never step foot in this store again. Thank you to Reggie the manager on duty who apologized on behalf of Home Depot and the service desk team lead that made my experience a little better.

Terrible service at the windows and blinds department!! They installed expensive electronic blinds and cannot find a technician to repair- have to replace whole blind??? RIDICULOUS!! Other outfits install and repair!

Worst place to go for any help or service. Took me 45 mins walking back and forth from counter to counter. Just to be disrespected and just to be can't help. This place has no one that cares about their job.

After having talked to 3 different people and spoke to another Home Depot who did not know what I was talking about, the Customer Service Manager Jay was of great help! We wanted a mini lime tree! Even offered to have it held for me! When I got there the customer service had it with my name on it! I will be back!! Thank you!!

This is my GO TO Home Depot. It is a little bit off the beaten path of Beaver Creek so it doesn't seem to get as crowded as Lowes.The store has always been well stocked in my experience. We spent many a day here from Machr-May with no problems. Check out staff is courteous and the floor staff is helpful.I like the fact that I can lookup an item online and (usually) tell if it is in stock at the store. Homeowners have got to have hardware stores. Home Depot is a classic. We will continue to give them our business.
