Man, they keep making workers do more and more. The employee was polite and efficient, but she was working the front and the photo/fed ex center. Ridiculous that companies will hire one person to run the store if they could.

The worker wanted me to put label in the packet and affix it to the package. Lazy. Unpleasant. They would get a one star if it had not been for the young man who greeted me at the door and offered to carry my box. He told me he was an athlete and competed in the Special Olympics. He was delightful. Give him a raise!

Customer service is terrible at this location. Have a FedEx drop off package, and they don’t even provide tape and nothing! FedEx should remove this cold and careless drop off location!!
