Woman at counter threw out so much hate you could feel it sizzling off her. No reason whatsoever, just a total b**** for attention(?) Rude, throwing huffy puffy toddler tantrums - although she looked to be well into her 50s. Mistook customer service as a pure power trip. Doesn’t say much for her home life. When people are like that, I get progressively more polite, just to wind them up. That said, I will go absolutely anywhere else to avoid this Fed Ex hub stuck inside a Walmart . Fed Ex are a great company. This very mean faced gargoyle is killing v off customers by death ray laser the hating them.

Used overnight service, but they delayed again and again, it took them 3 days and still waiting for the delivery, very unaccountable, and hard to reach out to their customer service, no human to talk to you.

Girl at counter insisted we had to pay to return item my company sent a prepaid label for . Manager came out to explain the same thing she was saying . We use fed ex a lot and never had to pay if there was a prepaid return label. Drove down the street to a “postal annex fed ex authorized center”. and they took package with no questions or money needed. Not sure where fed ex in Walmart got their information from but I will avoid them in the future.

I had to pay 40 in boxes just to ship back some returns. Mind you I had not even opened one of the boxes which was shipped to me via fed-ex originally, just ridiculous I had to pay for new boxes on a return!

Marj was ready and waiting when I entered and greeted me promptly and nicely. She made a conscious effort to use my name and thanked me for coming. Shipping my item took less than 2 minutes in the store. Marj also informed me on other solutions because I have a small business. I will be returning to utilize their services such as printing for my business.

I can't believe how much FedEx has fallen in customer service and delivery. Wallmart said I could to returns via FedEx. I have been to 3 separate locations and none can print QR code. Going back to Amazon.

I visited at 11:45 AM and saw a handwritten note saying"Apologies for inconvenience. Be back at 12:45." Being the only larger FedEx print and ship center in the area, is this unscheduled closing justified? This break is nowhere present on the Fedex website or on the Google results page. I had to drive down 20 more minutes to Cary to finally send something time critical.I hope managers attend to this review and make it better.

Honestly, I was skeptical of this location because it’s inside a Walmart. I showed up at 4:30 trying to overnight a package. The driver waited for the cashier and I to finish up paperwork to make sure my package went out that night. Top notch service, will be back. Thank you!
