Be careful of extra charge for shipping material. I have never seen this $3 for plastic bag thing before. I came to drop a return the guy said the shipping bag is not covered. I have dropped many returns before, I was never been asked to pay for a bag. To be honest, $3 can buy a ton of plastic bags. I will never come back to this FedEx.

5 stars - Exceptional Customer Service from Robin
I had an excellent experience with Robin at the FedEx location. Robin was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in to drop off a package. She took the time to ensure my shipment was packed and addressed correctly, and provided clear and thorough explanations The entire process was quick and efficient thanks to Robin's attentive service.

(the website is a disaster)Need to send on overnight envelope. Went around 2pm. Quick. Grant was very helpful. Great service.Looking for a location, the website did not pick this one, which is super close to where I am. We don't use FedEx often, but when needed, this is super hassle-free.

Woman at counter threw out so much hate you could feel it sizzling off her. No reason whatsoever, just a total b**** for attention(?) Rude, throwing huffy puffy toddler tantrums - although she looked to be well into her 50s. Mistook customer service as a pure power trip. Doesn’t say much for her home life. When people are like that, I get progressively more polite, just to wind them up. That said, I will go absolutely anywhere else to avoid this Fed Ex hub stuck inside a Walmart . Fed Ex are a great company. This very mean faced gargoyle is killing v off customers by death ray laser the hating them.

Used overnight service, but they delayed again and again, it took them 3 days and still waiting for the delivery, very unaccountable, and hard to reach out to their customer service, no human to talk to you.

Girl at counter insisted we had to pay to return item my company sent a prepaid label for . Manager came out to explain the same thing she was saying . We use fed ex a lot and never had to pay if there was a prepaid return label. Drove down the street to a “postal annex fed ex authorized center”. and they took package with no questions or money needed. Not sure where fed ex in Walmart got their information from but I will avoid them in the future.

I had to pay 40 in boxes just to ship back some returns. Mind you I had not even opened one of the boxes which was shipped to me via fed-ex originally, just ridiculous I had to pay for new boxes on a return!
