The poor young man behind the counter was so nice, but he works for an incredibly lousy boss, the boss contradicted him yet the young man was correct, and then after (my mistake) pre-paying for a mailing tube - they didn't have the ends of the tube, yet I paid $7.50 for an incomplete set - he wouldn't give me anything back. I thought it was half of what I wanted. If I didn't need it desperately I'd have returned it, but now I've got to rig some end pieces and do extra work. That old dude stood there smirking at me, "so you would like a 50% discount." Yes I would. "I think NOT."

Used overnight service, but they delayed again and again, it took them 3 days and still waiting for the delivery, very unaccountable, and hard to reach out to their customer service, no human to talk to you.
