Good service, friendly and fast. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was they were out of the oil I use and had to purchase the more expensive oil. They did provide me a 15 dollar discount but ended up being about 40.00 more than I wanted to pay

Not happy with the service today. I wasn't asked anything other than if I wanted to change a relatively clean filter. I was not greeted other than "what can we do for you today" and received zero eye contact or conversation with the person at check out. He truly seemed miserable. This location in Apex was always my go to for years, but it seems staff has changed and this will be my last time here.

They are “Fast” Lube Plus for a reason. I’ve been here multiple times for oil changes and other things and they have always been fast and kind. Today, I pulled up for an inspection and by the time I sat down in the customer seating area, put in my headphones and listened to half of a song, they brought my keys in and said my car was ready. I asked him if he was sure, lol and he said yes. I was in and out in less than ten mins. HIGHLY recommend!
