“I have been with UNC since 2009. Every doctor I’ve had is excellent. I have found doctors who really care about me as a person not just a medical diagnosis, and they do that very well too. They have run extensive testing to address my health issues. It’s amazing that they look into every problem I have. So I have specialists, and exams, and studies, and tests, all just to help me alive & healthy. I know they wish my diet was better and that I exercised more. They even sent me to Rex for exercise & nutrition. (Be careful what you tell them or they’ll have you on a diet that doesn’t include a large intake of ice cream every night).
I have never felt their practice was in it for the money. When I went through a rough patch, they didn’t charge me, and even helped find resources and assistance. They are NOT about the money. I have always had wonderful care. I have even tried to get my friends from rural NC to come to UNC. That’s how good they are. We’re so lucky to have university hospitals nearby.
But, like everyone else, I do have one complaint. My only gripe @recently, appointments are a little ways out, (there seems to be a lot of Teslas in the parking lot), I guess more people are finding out how truly awesome they are. Keep doing what you’re doing. I know, I know, I have lots of appointments to schedule, I’ll get in touch soon.”

I truly appreciate how Katy explained everything before she did anything and talked to me as a person, not just another patient on her busy schedule. I had been putting off a general check up for years after many bad medical experiences and am thankful for Katy's direct and respectful approach during both visits. I'm glad to have found a PA and medical office I can feel comfortable with.”
“Sarah Gray is probably the best doc I've seen. She's compassionate and kind. She doesn't think everything is about my weight and really listens when I have concerns. “If you are requesting medical advice you will be attended to with great attention to details and care. Just a notation … if you are telling what your want or demanding what you think you need you will probably be cared for however you are limiting the ability of these professionals to assist you. At this office they found details which had not been addressed or even noted in some cases at previous medical facilities. Everyone from the front desk to the phlebotomist is kind and open to listening so medical issues are identified and treated appropriately.”
“The best urgent care I've been there for a visit ever, all the team was nice starting from the ladies in the front desk, the provider, the owner, the waiting time was reasonably fine and smooth even like it was a walking appointment, they called me after that for my results and make an appointment for a follow-up, they accept almost all the insurance types and explained everything related to any procedure and medical terms and medications, thanks and keep the hard work”

“I've been a patient of this practice since 2011. Things have historically been stable. In the last year we have been assigned 3 different PAs, being informed that our previous provider had left. The practice is proactive in managing my medications and schedules multiple check in yearly. My nine year son wants to marry the "Australian girl" (who I am 99.97% sure is British). She's always been kind and patient with us. When we call for a sick visit we are scheduled same or next day. I don't mind wait time in the waiting room since the quality of the provider visit is excellent. If I had to complain about something... the phlebotomist rarely gets my stick on the first try. But that's probably me, not her. :)”

The office staff is also nice and lab draws were minimally painless.Please note, there are some particular rules this office has in reference to what services can be provided each vist due to billing/insurance purposes. Thankfully, there is often appointment availability to be seen soon if you need it.I look forward to my long-term PCP relationship here at Tricity Family Medicine & Urgent Care!”

“We did not even realize this urgent care was near to our house.. we went in the evening on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm..We did not wait much and was seen immediately.. the provide was very nice and polite.. and provided the correct treatment.. it took some time for the treatment but all was good at the end..The place is big when compared to other urgent cares I have seen.. the front desk people were also really nice and helpful..Before we got treatment i asked to to run my insurance to see they were in network and luckily they were..Overall we have a good experience…”
