The staff are helpful but the owner does not hire enough staff. Every other cvs in area has more staff. I feel bad for the staff because customers get upset with them but the problem is the owner does not get enough help! Multiple times window is closed or you have to sit on hold like I did tonight for over 50 minutes! Shame on whoever owns this store. I see why there is so much turnover at this specific store.

Terrible experience. I Stood at the pharmacy counter 10 minutes and the 4 staff behind the counter did not look up or acknowledge my presence. I was the only person in line. I left and went to Holly Springs Pharmacy and was serviced immediately.

This has happened before and again today. I walk in to get one item and then browsed. I was asked once by a male, I think, asst manager if I needed help. I answered no. I then walked to the self checkout. I was approached by the same male and asked twice if I needed help. I answered no again. I feel patronized because of my age (senior). I am perfectly capable of using a self checkout. This same male has attempted to school me on using my extra care card at checkout while I was in the process of using it. Please train this guy better.

Is it possible to give a zero star review? I guess we should have read the reviews before deciding to use this pharmacy when we moved to Holly Springs. Katelyn is the rudest tech I have ever encountered. First she's never seen insurance approve a 365 scrip. Tell us it's never done. Then looks in the system to see an approval. But, 1 for some reason is not coming up. When we tried to show her the Cigna letter with the approval information she said she doesn't care what it says it's not her problem. But, it is as it's her system that's wrong. We have updated our home address for 2 years but it never seems to be a permanent change...then when we tried to explain the approval stuff to the actual pharmacist, Katelyn is yelling in the background. The management needs to get control of this pharmacy and fire some rude and incompetent staff

Soo. I was calling to try to get a refill in my medication and out of nowhere the guy I was talking to had an attitude because I asked him a question. I asked for his name but he hung up on me. I've had pleasant customer services from the other pharm techs before, but this was the first bad experience I've had, with customer service (amongst other things) and it left a bad mark on the location. Will most likely relocate.I'm not sure what was going on, but it should be noted that how you treat your customers will have an impact.

this pharmacy by far has the worst Rx services I've ever encountered. I went online, in person and called to get my Rx (forced to switch due to insurance) transferred. After a week still not transferred. rude to me on phone and gave me every excuse. At end of one call pharmacist had gall to ask why didn't i call earlier!!!!!! so I guess starting this a week ago wasn't early enough? Will definitely try another location AND send complaints up to my insurance carrier.

I had an appointment to get vaccines at 6:00 p.m. I checked in online at 5:55 p.m. and checked to make sure at 6:20 p.m. that I was checked in and was (after 10 more people joined the small waiting area after 6:00 p.m.). The pharmacy tech asked them if they checked in and they said no, so I know they were behind me in the list. The pharmacist continued to take people back with 5-10 minutes in between, then I checked with the pharmacy tech and I was supposed to be next (6:40 p.m.). The pharmacist called the person that checked in 10 minutes after me. When I questioned it, he shook his phone at me, and said he was following his list. I did not wait after that, and called to make a formal complaint.

This CVS store continues to be my go to for vaccines, prescriptions and my list of household needs for my family. From the best pharmacy staff to the front cashiers, I have always been impressed with their helpfulness and work for customers.

If you go through the drive thru window expect a 10 to 20 minute wait. With gas as high as it is, its a shame to sit in line this long. Cvs you can do better than this.

This is the worst pharmacy in North Carolina I’ve had problems with them they do not care about people that’s on medication I told him I was on the way I had to leave my fiancé at the emergency room I was two minutes late pulling up but I told him I was on the way they could have waited my pharmacist for Fuquay is wonderful they would have waited I’m getting my fiancé switched over and my son switched over do not drop or take your medicine to this sorry place

They keep changing the stuffs and some people were nice. But I'm not happy with the current members. They don't admit their mistakes. I'd wasted for two days to be able to get my medicine between my Doctor and the pharmacist(I know his name but won't put it here). I really appreciate the doctor had spent for two days for me to be able to get my prescription I really needed. I’m considering to change my prescription to the different location.

The pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage of a medicine for my 2 year old daughter. Thankfully, I called to check with the pharmacy because it didn’t seem right but it could have ended really bad had this been another person and they didn’t think to call and double check. Beyond disappointed in how a pharmacy could make this huge of a mistake that could have been fatal.
