I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this CVS store(Beaver Creek, Apex, NC), and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I am writing this review with a mixture of regret and anger, as the level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction was simply appalling.First and foremost, the reason for my visit was to pick up a prescription. To my dismay, I was given the wrong medication entirely. This mistake not only put my health at risk but also showcased a complete lack of attention to detail on the part of the CVS staff. When I called to rectify the situation and request a return or refund, I was met with an astonishing level of denial. The staff had the audacity to claim that it was my responsibility to double-check the prescription on the spot. As if it were my fault that they couldn't perform their basic duty of accurately dispensing medication!Furthermore, this CVS location has several other cons that make it unworthy of recommendation. Firstly, there is no drive-through service available, which is a significant inconvenience for customers who are unable to leave their vehicles or have mobility issues. Secondly, the store inexplicably closes during lunchtime, which is an inconvenience for those of us who work irregular hours and rely on the availability of essential items. This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' needs is simply unacceptable.Additionally, the store has a strict policy against accepting pre-paid orders. This archaic practice is out of touch with modern convenience and shows a complete disregard for customers who prefer to order online or pay in advance. This policy only adds unnecessary hassle and inconvenience to an already frustrating shopping experience.Lastly, I must mention the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the store manager. Instead of addressing customer concerns with empathy and understanding, the manager was dismissive, condescending, and downright disrespectful. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this individual, and their behavior only further exacerbated an already distressing situation.In conclusion, I cannot express enough my deep disappointment and anger towards this CVS store/location. The wrong prescription, the denial of return or refund, the absence of a drive-through, the closure at lunchtime, the refusal to accept pre-paid orders, and the rude manager have all contributed to an abysmal experience. I strongly advise against patronizing this location and urge you to seek out an alternative pharmacy that values its customers and provides the level of service and care that we all deserve.

Pharmacy department sucks. For my son prescription doctor subscribed 3 days medicine. While pickup they are telling they don’t have enough and gave me for one day. I picked up remaining dose next day and after going home I realized that it was also for one day(8ml). I called them immediately but they are keep telling that thay gave me 2 days does on 1 day and I gave overdoes to my son. As a parent why should I do that and what I can do with extra 8 ml cough medicine for kid. They were rude and not willing to listen at all. Unethical educated humans are playing with innocent people’s life. Stay away from these pharmacy and go somewhere else.

The staff is nice and helpful but whoever owns the store does not care that they are always short staffed. People get upset with the staff but it’s the owners fault. I see why the staff turns over so often. Spent 52 minutes on hold tonight to speak to someone in pharmacy. The owner should get them help!

Please please go somewhere else for your prescription. The pharmacy’s staff so unhelpful. They just want to get rid of you. Not welcome at all. Hope not all CVS like this cause had no choice to change it due to insurance.

Pharmacy is always quick and efficient. Yes, there may be long lines. It is a busy target and pharmacy, but everyone is always incredibly helpful. Especially on meds that aren’t cheap. They always try their best to get you the best value. We have moved but kept the apex pharmacy vs a target just up the road because of the relationship we have with them. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Target pharmacy since 2009. Although we have seen some changes in their incredible staff we still love it. Peyton helped me ou this week and went out of her way to help when there was a glitch with our insurance. A true Hero since with out her help it would have been a lot for the medication. Thank you so much to the staff at Target CVS and specially Peyton.

They need to not allow line jumpers! It was a single file line and when another employee came up, people jumped the line and she waited on them without hesitation. Get a system with numbers used. After 25 minutes I was waited on and made the suggestion and she said it was against HIPPA to do such. Say what? The gal is was the older, unfriendly gal who needs to realize her customers are necessary.

Amazing staff at this CVS. They always go the extra mile. They perform at a very high level of customer service. Always hustling, so take a breath and give them break if you choose to go at peak times. Thanks gals

Great pharmacists, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can get busy there at times with line getting long but they usually catch up pretty quickly.
