The staff are helpful but the owner does not hire enough staff. Every other cvs in area has more staff. I feel bad for the staff because customers get upset with them but the problem is the owner does not get enough help! Multiple times window is closed or you have to sit on hold like I did tonight for over 50 minutes! Shame on whoever owns this store. I see why there is so much turnover at this specific store.

This has happened before and again today. I walk in to get one item and then browsed. I was asked once by a male, I think, asst manager if I needed help. I answered no. I then walked to the self checkout. I was approached by the same male and asked twice if I needed help. I answered no again. I feel patronized because of my age (senior). I am perfectly capable of using a self checkout. This same male has attempted to school me on using my extra care card at checkout while I was in the process of using it. Please train this guy better.

Is it possible to give a zero star review? I guess we should have read the reviews before deciding to use this pharmacy when we moved to Holly Springs. Katelyn is the rudest tech I have ever encountered. First she's never seen insurance approve a 365 scrip. Tell us it's never done. Then looks in the system to see an approval. But, 1 for some reason is not coming up. When we tried to show her the Cigna letter with the approval information she said she doesn't care what it says it's not her problem. But, it is as it's her system that's wrong. We have updated our home address for 2 years but it never seems to be a permanent change...then when we tried to explain the approval stuff to the actual pharmacist, Katelyn is yelling in the background. The management needs to get control of this pharmacy and fire some rude and incompetent staff

this pharmacy by far has the worst Rx services I've ever encountered. I went online, in person and called to get my Rx (forced to switch due to insurance) transferred. After a week still not transferred. rude to me on phone and gave me every excuse. At end of one call pharmacist had gall to ask why didn't i call earlier!!!!!! so I guess starting this a week ago wasn't early enough? Will definitely try another location AND send complaints up to my insurance carrier.

This CVS location is convenient for me. I usually fill my prescriptions at a different CVS location but I've had them filled here too and haven't had any issues. I really just come here for stamps. But, I also have dropped in when I have needed a random item and have had my passport picture taken here.

Came in for a flu shot with my wife, with literally zero people in line ahead of us. After an HOUR, we finally were seen. Then on my wife's shot, the incompetent pharmacist put the shot together wrong and most of the fluid burst out of the middle of the syringe. He just said "oh well, you only need to get a little of it," and didn't offer to do another one. Completely ridiculous. Avoid this place, drive miles and miles to any other location.

Most ridiculous pharmacy I've ever encountered. I don't ever write reviews but this place is so bad it needs to be known!! The staff is SO slow, rude and frankly incompetent. Called about getting a flu shot to see if there was a wait, "no wait. Nobody in here", is what I was told. I've been here over an hour and I still don't have a flu shot! I knew I shouldn't of come here, EVERY experience I have with this place is AWFUL!!! Stay away!!!

Would prefer to give them zero if I could. The pharmacy tech is probably one of the rudest individuals I have talked to. As I knew I had refills on a prescription and received notification otherwise. I contacted the pharmacy to discuss the matter. This should have been a a simple conversation, your plan fills 3 Mo at a time you have two months left, which resulted in the notification. That simple. Instead I was talked down to like a child and repeatedly cut off when all I was trying to say was, "I understand, how do we fix it." I wasn't being rude or abrasive with the tech who answered the phone. There was absolutely no reason to be treated in that manner. Switching pharmacies next year.
