We found Craig online through his website back in 2019. We knew we were eventually going to move to the Triangle Area so we kept in touch. He assisted our daughter & son-in-law on the purchase of their first home in 2020 and we always knew we'd use him when we were ready to retire. Craig did a great job of helping us to ensure our offer was attractive in a Seller's market and thankfully our offer was accepted on the first home we found. He has a team of people that we used along the way and the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. You can rest assured that he will represent you as the buyer and he's always got your back! He's honest, responsive and definitely knows his stuff!

When my husband and I first moved to the Raleigh area Craig came to us highly recommended, and he helped us acquire our new home. The first experience working with him was great, but it was really our second time around that showcased, at least to me, the knowledge and skills he possesses. (And most definitely something you want on your side as a buyer and or seller!) I can’t sing enough praises about Craig. He gets the job done. When I bought my first home with Craig in 2013, I knew that whenever it came time to move, he'd get a call from me again. He's now helped me twice as a home buyer and once as a seller - and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call and ask for his services again. He's the kind of realtor you want - unbelievably knowledgeable, not afraid to get his hands dirty, and has your back 110% during the entire process. Plus, he's an all around great guy.Craig's experience and breadth of knowledge is obvious through his stories and anecdotes - you'll learn a ton, and he gives the best advice. He's not your typical realtor in a business suit - he's in jeans, in the crawl space and attic pointing out things other realtors won't (or can't). He was on top of every single detail, every email thread, every step of the way throughout the home buying/selling processes. He's so quick to respond to calls/emails/texts, you'll wonder if he ever stops working (he doesn't). Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but not with Craig. I knew I was being taken care of, and I can't thank him enough for everything he did.10/10, A++++ Would highly recommend!

Craig helped us purchase a home recently and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. It was truly a pleasure working with him.
We were relocating to the Triangle area from the Northeast, and expected it to be a difficult process, but Craig was instrumental in guiding us along the way and helping us make the best decisions, which helped turn an otherwise daunting process into something fun and enjoyable.
We spoke with several other realtors before finding Craig, and most were just interested in showing us houses to see if we wanted to buy something. Craig, on the other hand, really wanted to educate us about the different areas and help us figure out where we wanted to live before focusing on specific properties. Even though Craig knew we weren't going to be ready to purchase for several months, he treated us with the same level of outstanding service every step of the way.
The result was we got our dream house in our dream neighborhood, and we couldn't be happier.
There was never a doubt in our minds about Craig having our best interests in mind. He is honest and up front about everything, and offers valuable perspective.
His responsiveness is almost superhuman in the way he would usually respond immediately to our emails or texts.
And when it came to negotiations and the overall real estate transaction, Craig gave us sound advice and helped us negotiate favorable terms. We even had some issues with our mortgage company where they dropped the ball and caused some delays (regrettably we did not use the mortgage company Craig recommended), but Craig was right there battling on our behalf and doing everything possible to push the process along. We felt very lucky to have Craig on our side.
We would absolutely recommend Craig to anyone looking to move to the Triangle area, or really anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area in general. We always felt like we were in good hands, and the end result couldn't have been better.
After this experience and getting to know him throughout the process, we can honestly say that we consider Craig to be not just our realtor, but also our friend.

Craig is with you every step of the way and makes sure you understand each phase of both buying and selling. With his expert advice, we were able to sell our house in three days (multiple offers!) and he helped us tremendously in a new construction process.
