Dear Costco management, your employee Flo was extremely unprofessional at the self-checkout line, leading to customers feeling very uncomfortable. This behavior was unbecoming of Costco and this woman needs to be reassessed for her job.

Just left and tried to use Costco rewards money at checkout. Told can’t use it there, have to go to a bank. Bank won’t except this, can only be used at Costco. Glad I had extra money with me at checkout.

Very rude older white male was throwing the trash this past weekend and he felt the need to make fun of my wife while we were shopping. This is beyond me why some stranger would feel the need to say something to a young lady. This costco needs have a diversity training to educate everyone on how to interact with the opposite sex teach them not to profile people. Disrespectful.
