Gave it up after 5 years.
Moved my prescriptions to Apex walmart. Way cheaper...insulin $0
Costco $25 copay. (Type 2) The last batch of Metformin had a horrible odor.
Walmart Metformin is odorless.
Always an issue with something or other.
Allergy eye drops are twice the price as walmart or target.
Front staff. One person was so nasty and that was the the final straw. But, thanks to her I switched and saving alot of money at apex walmart. It has a great pharmacy, pharmacists and staff.
Costco Corp is the root of it's problem.
Completely cut off . I never shop other things at Walmart, but their pharmacy is an exception.
I've been a member since 1995.

Ethan in Apex, NC is a credit to the flock. I’ve been with Costco for decades and he shows respect, advice, and a candor that makes me feel more comfortable. 5 stars is not enough.

Apex location is always crowded and parking can be a challenge when I visit (Fri & weekends). Today, I experienced great service with the Tire Center (Jordan) serviced my vehicle (4 new Michelin tires) before scheduled appointment time. Customer Service (Qte) provided great service in answering renewal questions, including (Kim) in the Eye Glasses area who assisted with several frames. They ensured that my Costco needs were met 100% during busy times of the day. Thanks!

Just the gas!!! I must admit Costco sells the cheapest 93 Octane gas. Not to mention Costco gas is considered Tier 3. Meaning - a cleaner-burning fuel that will reduce vehicle emissions without compromising your car's performance (tier3gas.org). So when I get the chance to fill up, I pull in. Aside from gas, they do have the hotdog and drink combo for $1.50. Drawback is tyu keep that hotdog taste for a while. Burp - hot dog:-))))))!!!!!!

Always meets or beats other prices. Medications always available when promised. Staff always courteous. To bad reviewers-give them a break. They are people working in a very stressful situation.

After some months it's clear this pharmacy is full of lazy do nothings, who put undue stress on customer by not filling out order and even fraudulently putting words in doctors mouths making customers think it's the Dr offices fault. Worst Pharmacy Ever!

The store itself is fine and is always busy however I ordered a microwave and delivery from Costco to be delivered and installed. The day of the delivery no one called and no one showed up. I had to call and reschedule and again no call no show. This is unacceptable. If you have delivery contracted out then the delivery company must be reliable. The delivery and install standard is poor and not acceptable. Costco must fix this.

Shout out to the tire center here. I am so thankful I bought my tires from Costco. A week later, I had a screw in my tire. I drove on the spare to this location and they fixed it for free. Then they told me that if it was not repairable they would have just replaced the tire for a $15 install fee. Super awesome! But the best part, what took the service here to the next level was that they repaired the mechanism that lowers the spare tire. I've been driving with the spare in the back for ages because it was broken. Other people have tried to fix it and they made it happen. I didn't even ask or say anything about it. Super thankful. The rest of Costco is great too. I just hate when I go in for socks I come out spending hundreds on other great stuff

Gosh. It's like the DMV in here. Had to wait 45 minutes after appointment time. I would just go to a CVS or Walgreens cause the standard ain't any different here. Really slow people who just hate you and their jobs.

The Apex Costco is the closest one to me, so I come to this location. It is always well stocked and clean, even the occasions when I have gone into the restrooms. It is hard to find items sometimes, as they frequently change the location of items, but every Costco does this. There are no signs on the isles to tell you what is in each isle, so it is just take a walk and play hide and seek. The rotisserie chickens are the BEST anywhere and I like the shrimp cocktail as well. Their croissants are wonderful and so reasonably priced. This is the best place to buy your supplements, especially when they are on sale. Yes, Costco does put some of their items on sale, just watch out, some of the sales do not last long. There are other items that I have never seen reduced, but most things are still better than other stores. There are plenty of tables here if you order something from the food court, so no worries about getting a seat. Parking is plentiful, but always full. They keep the carts pulled from the outside back to the inside on a regular basis. Never had a problem getting a cart like at some Costco's.This location does have gas and it is always a good price and high quality. Just takes a little patience to get through the line which is always there.Thankful this Costco is nearby!

Fired our son for being a few minutes late from lunch after having just given a great performance review, inside the 90 day hire. Without any warnings, completely out of the blue. Not what they used to be at all.

Guy I spoke to was the most sarcastic person I’ve ever talked to. Got his name and I’ll be talking to a manager when I pick up medicine. Said things like “let me look into my crystal ball”, “unless you are taking your dogs medicine I need your birth date not his” and “what’s your dogs number I’ll text him when it’s ready”.Not to mention no text to refill. Have one pill left and had to call. The time before they said “oh we don’t have any in stock”. Then said it was be Monday it would come in, then Wednesday. Then Thursday. Just so bad.
