Where do I even begin with Lisa?? We met Lisa in August of 2019. I was looking for a buyer’s agent at the last minute; I texted her at 9pm the night before we needed her. I was completely shocked and ecstatic that she texted back; I knew from that moment that I was going to like her! Our house took a while to get started due to some delays, but Lisa was there to keep us updated the whole way. She kept in contact with our builder the whole time. Through the building process, we ran into a few issues. I knew Lisa would help to an extent but I never expected just how much she would completely take care of. There were things that would have taken me hours to take care of and she did it all, without me even asking by the way. I could go on and on. Truly, I was blown away by her service. I don’t even know how many times I texted her asking questions (I knew absolutely nothing about the house buying process prior to this), and she always was so happy to help. She never got annoyed with my millions of questions!! Our house took almost a year to be completed from the day we signed our contract, so we knew Lisa for a long time and talked to her a ton. I consider her family. Not only is she a great buyer’s agent, but she’s a lovely person as well. I would give her more than 5 stars if google would let me. <3

We worked with Lisa on the purchase of our home based on the recommendation of another friend. Lisa is extremely knowledgable about the local real estate market and comps. Lisa helped us negotiate out some deal sweeteners with the builder that we were very pleased with. She also helped us resolve a few problems with our previous home that weren't her responsibility and we appreciated those efforts too. Anytime we had questions, we heard from her in a timely fashion. We were impressed with the wealth of knowledge she has regarding the construction process. Lisa was also able to set us up with a great home inspector. I would describe Lisa as very detail oriented and thorough. I would highly recommend her.
