“I would like to give a shout out to Mike over at the Truist Beaver Creek branch in Apex for taking time to assist me over the phone. I am trying to obtain some foreign currency for an upcoming trip and two of the Cary branches could not provide that service for me. All regional banks like Truist are going through some tough times right now requiring layoffs, understaffing, etc., and massive consolidation will occur before things get better. I for one am pulling for them, and especially for the folks like Mike who show up everyday and do their best to help us.”
