I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received at this bank when transferring my funds. Initially, they were very helpful when I opened my investment account. However, when I tried to transfer my funds out of chase, they became uncooperative. The receiving firm requires a medallion signature guarantee, but the bank staff insisted it wasn't necessary, causing significant delays and frustration. I finally had to retort to other options to resolve it. This is unacceptable, especially given the conflicting information and lack of support.

The staff must be paid by how fast they greet you. They also carefully watch you use the ATMs in the lobby seemingly hoping they can spring into action and provide help.

Got all 3 of my kids switched from first checking to their high school account and all with an amazing rep with patience and a huge smile. Answered all my questions. Neema Rwehumbiza, you are amazing. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but today I had to make sure people know how amazing she was.

I brought my father who is a senior citizen and the banker was extremely rude and impatient with him. She was speaking spanish to her coworker and speaking ill of my father because he was taking a long time. She thought I did not know spanish and I told her to be patient in spanish. I will never take my father there again or advise anyone to come here. 1 star is too much.

Can't recommend. One overly talkative and oversharing employee surrounded by unhappy and unhospitable employees everywhere else. Even just depositing a check there was a nightmare.

Not a very friendly bank. They dont want your business. Anyone who comes here for any banking services are looked upon suspiciously and stared down. They want only those customers who can put a couple of hundred thousand dollars to open their checking accounts and do not want to take it out any time soon.
If you want a business account, go elsewhere.

My Daughter called to find out if there was a Notary at the Chase bank in Apex, NC.; she was told "Yes." As a customer for many years, she expected Friendly Servic. NOT. The Banker was Extremely Rude and Refused to notarize her documents. This Bank gets an F for Customer Service.

We were happy to find out there would be a local Chase bank to us, based on all my relatives up north who several bank with Chase. We went in to open a joint account and for the most part, our experience was pleasant. Cut to now having an account and we feel like an after-thought. There seems to be zero integrity at this bank, or at the very least this location. From associates to managers, no one will do what they say they are going to! We call, they tell us they will call us back, and after 14 calls to this branch, 11 of them lead to a "we will have someone call you back" and 11 times no call back. Some of these return calls were supposed to be by 2 different manager level employees, yet that doesn't matter. If this is acceptable behavior from management, it doesn't leave a lot of hope that this lack of integrity isn't company-wide.While I like the electronic aspects of Chase and that is exclusively what we have used since signing up, dealing with the staff there is less than desirable and probably the only reason I haven't already closed my account. Again, banking online is fantastic, just avoid having to go into this branch for anything passed creating an account.

This is a wonderful branch of Chase. I've never received such excellent customer service. Special thanks to Melissa, Lucas and Shumile for always giving me a warm welcome and being so patient with my international wire transfers.
