“Just moved into the area and looking for a car wash. Found Tidal Wave online. Lot of good reviews. They did not disappoint. Set up a monthly subscription no problem. Very friendly and accommodating. The car wash itself, did a nice job cleaning as well as drying the car. The cleaning stations which there are a lot are great. Parking spaces are very roomy and some are covered. They provide everything you need to finish the job. So far great place and worth the money.”
“Jared and his team at this car wash gave me the best car wash experience I’ve ever had. His team helped get the tree sap off my car. Jared and four others worked hard in the summer heat to pre clean my car with degreaser before running my car through the wash. They were thorough and happy to do it. Lance- your team is running a solid operation. Please recognize Jared and his team in a special way. Thank you for the great service. When in town, I’ll be returning to this location to get my car washed.”
“So friendly! I made a beeline for the vacuum and totally missed that they have an automated car wash, so I ended up doing it myself. The employee came over several times to check on me and make sure everything was in correct working order, which it was. I didn’t realize they didn’t have a blower or rags to drive the vehicle off, so he let me go under the blower for free! No frills, but excellent customer service.”
