“Went in for a complete front windshield replacement on a Honda CR-V. The estimate was for 3 hours, but I was out in about 95 minutes. Initial impression is a great job by Caleb, the car looks clean. The systems were recalibrated and seemed to work well upon my initial testing. I am very happy with the service. I'll update this review if anything changes.
I docked a star because the waiting room did not have any working desks. I bought my work laptop with me to work while I waited but it was very uncomfortable working from my lap. Most every other car service waiting room I have been to have some desks available for this very reason.”

“We had a very good experience with Gerber Collision Holly Spring, we had deer hit and good amount of frontal damage. Gerber Collision was silver lining in this incident. The communication and level of service was very good. Working with Liz Mendez , who helped in the initial appointment setup and other needs was very reliable and cooperative. “I had a fantastic experience working with Jess and Noah from the Cary location. I live about 2.5 hours away from the shop, and a deer ran into my 2023 Tesla Model Y in the Cary/Raleigh area while I was driving to see family. There was bad damage to my front bumper, headlight and passenger side door. I frantically showed up on a Saturday (while they were closed) and Jess happened to be inside that day and welcomed me in without hesitation. She took down all my information, and got to work right away following up with me first thing Monday morning. I filed a claim and they did a great job working with my insurance company. Jess was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and made it easy for me with the distance I live away from the shop, being extremely flexible and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish took a little over a month, and the body work done was immaculate. You'd never think there was any damage done to the vehicle, and I'm very meticulous when it comes to my car. Honest people and quick turnaround times (aside from waiting for backordered Tesla parts, which is out of the shop's control). Can't recommend the folks at Relentless Collision (Cary location) enough.”
