Second time I have been in here with the same girl working and she has the worst attitude! No personality. Never greets you or smiles. Gets mad when you ask a question. She was rude to the customer in front of me this time too! She wasn't wearing a name tag but it was about 7pm this evening. Makes me never want to come back here!

Today I played my lottery numbers and did not get my winning ticket. They were putting in my numbers if it was missing a number. My number came out to find out they did not run my tickets. Manager tells me it was my fault but they were asking me the numbers if it was a problem. I was not told my ticket would not go through is so I would have fixed the number. No excuse she is a new girl. I feel at least give me half my money. All serious LOTTERY winners stay away from here. I left here with the thought all my numbers went through. And now it’s my fault. Why not give me my ticket to correct it. Did not have a chance. Everybody stay away from this store if you are playing lottery I will be posting this on every site I can . Stay Away from here plus she ran my card 2 times . Stay away from here

Assistant Manager Bob has terrible customer service skills ! He didn’t greet us upon entry into the store and he was not friendly at all! I’m new to the area and I will NEVER come to this store again !
