In response to the owner's response on my original post: One- I did not cause a disturbance of any kind in their shop. I’ve never done that anywhere. So, the claim is absurd and I’m sure I know why they are using those types of lies. I told Bunny there was an issue with the color and told her that I didn’t want to leave out the shop with my nails looking that way. I even asked if I could come back later that day, and she said she didn’t have time. Voicing your concerns with an un-raised voice when you are paying over $100 for a service isn’t a disturbance. Two- initially when I reached out to the owner, he told me Bunny couldn’t fix it because her grandmother died and now all of a sudden, it’s because I was creating a disturbance. It’s important to see how owners respond to reviews as it’s important to see how they take criticism and should be considered when deciding to patronize a business. So, with that in mind, I’m going to repost my experience at Blissful last year. I was a customer at Blissful for a few years until about a year ago when the manager refused me service because they didn’t want to correct my nails that were done incorrectly (they claim that Bunny had done my nails a while, but that’s not true). Their staff seem to get defensive when they make mistakes rather than correct them. During my last appointment, my nail tech, Bunny was having a difficult time applying my SNS correctly. She appeared to have a lot on her mind (which was actually the case at the visit before that as well). When I pointed out the issues with the SNS, she blamed it on the product and said I would need to come back because she had another appointment after me. When I said that wasn’t acceptable since she wasn’t even finished, she got an attitude and told the owner that I didn’t like the color which wasn’t the case. The owner’s wife came over and attempted to smooth over the situation which actually made it worse. They put me down for an appointment the following Monday. Well, the appointment was at 4 and not only did Bunny not show or notify me that she wasn’t going to show, but they also refused to let anyone else make the correction. The icing on the cake was that I arrived 15 min early for the appointment, and they just let me sit there and then the rude lead nail tech (Emmy) came out and said, “I don’t have anyone to service you”. No surprise since she was always like that towards certain people. Mind you they keep every customer's home number in their database. When I reached out to the owner, he agreed to give me my money back because they didn’t deliver (he acknowledged the issues), but he stated that I was no longer able to come there (even though it was their mistake), which was fine with me. The owner told me to give him a few days and he would be in touch. I never heard anything, so my card company worked on the situation on my behalf. Recently, I noticed they used one of my photos on google for advertising. When I reached out to them to ask for it to be taken down since I’m no longer allowed to be customer, they claimed they didn’t see the photo eventhough I sent screenshots. As of today, the photo is still up, and they never responded when I reached back out. All in all, the interactions with staff were never great as there is just an arrogance I didn’t like. As a paying customer, you have the right to advocate for yourself if something is wrong, and they don’t seem to share that thought. If you’re comfortable with going to a shop that you just have to “take what you can get” this is the place for you. I’ve added the photos of my nails to this review to show how they looked the next day. You can see the topcoat peeling away and the design has paint everywhere and it’s not “clean”. But I guess they feel that certain people should just take whatever they give and move on, and that’s not fair to the customer. Hopefully, they will decide to respond with truth or nothing at all this time.

Kimmy always gives a professional pedicure I’m a retired licensed manicurist/pedicurist who also taught the manicuring/pedicuring coarse for adults in New York, Kimmy is excellent, knowledgable and extremely sanitary, I highly recommend her and the Salon if you want a professional experience. Andy is exceptional as well, Mathew the proprietor is very accommodating and kind.

Was asked to come in earlier than my appointment but i still ended up waiting and my manicure appointment lasted for way over an hour. I asked for almond nails & given that I had short nails, it looked so sharp and I was just not impressed! I immediately cut my nails even shorter as soon as I got home to get rid of the "almond" shape. Everyone was so loud inside the salon too. I go to nail salons to relax and destress but my whole experience was the exact opposite of that. It was nice that they offered a 10% discount, I really appreciated that. But I'm afraid I don't understand the hype behind this place.

I've been going to Blissful Nail Bar infrequently for the past 5 or so. years. A week ago, I called to make a last-minute appointment for a pedicure. My technician was named "Belle" and she did a fantastic job on my feet. I would venture to say that this pedicure is the best one I've ever had - ever. What a fantastic job Belle did. I look forward to having another pedicure in a few months and I hope I'll be fortunate to get Belle as my technician once again. Thank you, Blissful Nails! Thank you, Belle !!

I just visited Blissful Nail Bar in Apex with my husband for a pedicure, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Blissful Nail Bar exuded professionalism and genuine care for their customers.

I cannot recommend Blissful Nail Bar enough. From the exceptional service to the attention to detail and the unexpected laughter, it was truly a blissful experience. If you're looking for a nail salon that not only delivers outstanding results but also leaves you feeling uplifted and joyful, Blissful Nail Bar is the place to go. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our visit so memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!
