“I would just like to say Hector from the Holly Springs O’Reilly Auto Parts is one of the nicest, most helpful gentleman I have ever dealt with at a Parts Store. He took the time to help me find a part for my car and when he discovered that O’Reilly’s didn’t carry the other part for my car he suggested a salvage yard. This is a part that has been on back order from the dealer for 9 months. He was just so helpful. When I returned the next day to pick up my Catalytic Converter he carried it out to my car. The service I received at this store went above and beyond. I recommend O’Reilly’s 100%!”
“I just visited the store at 131 High House Rd. in Cary, NC. I have a BMW and the brake light came on, suggesting low fluid level. As soon as I entered the store Josh immediately asked what he could do to assist me, I guess he saw the hood up on my car. I'm ashamed to admit that I couldn't find the brake fluid reservoir, I told him! He came out, looked for a second and found it hidden under a removable plastic cover. Then not only did he check that but he looked at my power steering fluid too! He was courteous, knowledgeable and had a positive "I'm happy to help you" attitude. Thanks for having such good employees on staff!”

“Great experience! Purchased new wiper blades. Staff will put them on for you. The employee (didn't catch his name) who was working was super helpful. Didn't make me feel like a woman out of her element. Nor did he try to upsell me, even pointed out the lower priced option. He took the time to show me how to put them on so that the next time they need replacing, I can confidently do it myself.”

“My wife's iPhone SE (1st gen) needed battery replacement. Got appointment at Apple Store in Crabtree/Raleigh. Too bad the appointment line didn't tell us that Apple no longer supports the 1st gen SE, and doesn't have the replacement battery for it on hand. Fortunately I found Batteries+ Bulbs in Apex. Got an appointment online for the following morning, left phone at 1115, returned at 100 as requested, phone functioning as normal, cost under online price due to coupon. Wife thinks I'm a HERO!”
