I would not go to this store. I drove 1.5 hours to get there 5 minutes before closing, and the person saw us pulling up locked the door and would not help us. The time on the door said we had 5 minutes before closing. This is a sad way to run a business. I will never shop this place again.

My wife's iPhone SE (1st gen) needed battery replacement. Got appointment at Apple Store in Crabtree/Raleigh. Too bad the appointment line didn't tell us that Apple no longer supports the 1st gen SE, and doesn't have the replacement battery for it on hand. Fortunately I found Batteries+ Bulbs in Apex. Got an appointment online for the following morning, left phone at 1115, returned at 100 as requested, phone functioning as normal, cost under online price due to coupon. Wife thinks I'm a HERO!

I needed to replace 2 key fob batteries. While the salesperson didn't flat out lie to me, he only provided information about less expensive options after I asked a couple of follow up questions. I ultimately spent $10 rather than $46 and it took about 30 seconds per fob to change the batteries myself. He also tried to get me to click "business customer" instead of "personal" not sure what motivated that but I'm assuming more $ in his pocket. I felt like someone tried to take advantage and I saved $35 because I didn't go for it. I don't appreciate that type of pushy, manipulative "customer service".

Sent me on a fools errand which ended up costing me time and money. I called to get it sorted and they put me on hold for thirty minutes. I was without a car thanks to their incompetence so I had to walk to the store, on hold the entire time, only to arrive to an empty store and idle employees ignoring the phone. Once I finally had someone face to face, their only response was a shrug. No help, no restitution, no apology for leaving me on hold. Nothing. Had to walk back fuming. If you need a car battery, take it to a real mechanic. My fault for trusting a phone store to know what they are doing with car batteries.

The staff was friendly and professional. I called one location to see if they had the battery for my phone in stock. They didn't, but the person I spoke to checked the system and saw that 2 other locations had the battery in stock. He called the store of my choosing to confirm, and they did have the battery. When I got there, I was seen quickly, was told what could possibly go wrong, and was given an estimated time for repairs to be completed (which was WELL above the actual repair time). I walked 2 doors down to get some lunch, and in less than an hour I received a call saying the repairs were completed. Great service overall!

Quick friendly service. I needed new batteries for my car key fobs. I didn't know what to do or what battery they needed. Staff took care of it all within 10 minutes.

Online ordering of a key fob for my SUV was painless and my request was quickly fulfilled. Once I arrived for pickup, it was a mere 10 minutes for programming and cutting the associated key and I was on my way, for far less time and money than I would have spent at a dealer. Thank you!

Offer products online but refused to sell them in store. Would only sell if they could install it. Explained that they were unable to accommodate a law passed 8 months ago.

Brian just helped my replace my key fob that died on me after I tried to replace the battery myself. I got the lifetime warranty on the battery so I won’t have to worry about future replacements either. Thanks so much Brian! Excellent customer service!
