When i go to deposit then always female person need all detail if I have my debit card. Still need to fill out paperwork but some make person they do deposit by my debit card really good care and do wire transfer also they do over the counter. But female person say person not here need to wait for this transaction. Need to know each person what is the duty. I was there on 14 th Nov 11am.

We have used this local Bank of America branch since moving to Apex in 2001. We have always been very pleased with the wide range of financial services B of A offers and have always found all the bank staff very helpful whenever we have needed to come into the branch itself. I have never had to wait more than a minute for service when I pop in, and planned visits are always on time, with friendly, helpful service. Thank you for continuing to provide a convenient location for banking in Apex.

Horrible service / only one person by the desk - waiting and waiting forever ... ATM inside the building has a low withdrawal limit- switch to Chase if you can - much better service in Apex .

Basically, I had a very complicated situation/ trouble opening up new accounts. So I decided to go in today, and the people working there were super helpful and accommodating and I had an easy/ smooth/ stress-free time there. Genuinely a good experience/ appreciative of their help

More of a reflection of B of A in general vs this location. They tend to operate by their own rules when it comes to deposits. Checks accepted by other banks/institutions tend to get rejected here. Not the easiest organization to work
