I took car to a place that didn’t feel comfortable looking at my car, they suggested apex tuning, I email them, they got me right in on a Saturday fixed it on that same Saturday, obviously Labor Day weekend so I was unable to get it until Tuesday, absolutely not a big deal especially since they got me right in and actually fixed my car!!! I work from home mostly and don’t have to drive often but of course my car would give me problems the week that I have to go in, they were super flexible with me about my work schedule and I am very pleased with the work and my overall experience.

Since I love my S4 I decided to make the major repairs to keep her running. Apex Tuning delivered on all the issues. Oil leak suspension brakes etc. She runs great!

Apex Tuning is one of the best German auto shops in the Triangle area. I've been coming here for a few years now, first with my MKVI GTI and now with my 8V Audi S3. In fact, Kevin did my pre-purchase inspection on the S3 and made sure there was no hidden trouble spots before I bought the vehicle.
Everyone at the shop is very knowledgeable and always patient and eager to answer any and all questions I have regarding my car. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Daniel, who always provides a very thorough explanation of any issues and is always providing solid suggestions/advice on taking care of my car.
Apex Tuning's work speaks for itself. Their attention to detail and technical expertise lead to excellent quality work on my car. I highly recommend visiting them if you have a VW, Audi, or Porsche.

Never in my life have I received such amazing service in reference to my vehicle! It feels as though the owner truly prioritizes that each customer leaves happy. I have taken my car here twice and both times I have left extremely satisfied with both the customer service and the quality of work done!

Dropped off my Audi for routine oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation not done because the better tires are on the front. Oil change completed; engine coolant topped off. Work was done before noon and reasonably priced. I will be taking my vehicle back again.

I brought my 2015 VW GTI in after a few check engine light moments and a slight ticking noise from engine. The shop diagnosed and found the fuel pump was suspect and that the head of the engine was suspect to some wear after fuel was introduced to the oil supply due to the failure, basically needing a full rebuild of the top of the engine. Swallowed the pill and approved the quote on a Monday afternoon, technician was able to get all parts swapped out within 3 days, a massive undertaking, and the front desk kept me notified the whole time of progress. I needed to bring the car back in for some minor adjustments, such as a sensor or a gasket swap, and on each visit, the front desk kept me informed and aligned and provided me a loaner. I'll keep coming back to Apex Tuning for their customer friendly service and thoroughly craftsmanship, looking forward to working with them on upgrade plans, already scheduling a tuning and knowing I'll be in good hands. Thanks Apex!

I have been a customer of Apex Tuning for quite a long time, and will continue to give them my business as long as they are around. They have always treated me right and taken GREAT care of my vehicles (they have serviced 4 of my vehicles)! The team there is very professional and immensely knowledgeable on VWs and Audis! I’ve had everything done at the shop from a standard oil change to a window regulator repair, suspension work, to a full engine swap, and even had them rebuild an engine for me… and so much more… There isn’t anything I wouldn’t trust the guys to fix on my vehicles. I will continue to take my cars to Apex Tuning for ALL the work needed to keep my cars on the road. They have worked on my 98 Jetta Vr6, ‘02 GTi 1.8t, ‘13 Jetta GLi, and ‘13 Golf .:R. These guys know their stuff so I highly recommend them to everyone that drive a VW/AUDI!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working Kevin and the Apex Tuning team over the past year through Audi Club Carolina events as they’re a big sponsor. Through one event, Kevin’s team installed an APR Stage 1 on my 2018 Audi Q5 last year and the performance has been very noticeable and a whole lot more fun to drive. One of my favorite events that Apex Tuning does is a Toy’s for Tot’s event in December and it grows every year with participation and donations of toys. They performed a post purchase inspection on my gen2 Tiguan, found quite a bit wrong with it, and gave me options and advise on how to proceed. I give them credit on insisting “go ahead and try to sell it and get out from under it” as there first option and opinion. It’s just not in the cards for me to do so, but thankfully I have the ability to do some of the repairs myself.
I recommend them for repairs aswell as I’ve done business with them way in the past when they first started out.
