Horrible customer service, does not help with customer warranty and tried to argue about what is covered under warranty.I had a Weller wps18mp soldering iron and the plastic has become sticky and leaves black residue on my hands when holding it.i contacted them and they first stated that the 2 year warranty does not cover this issue only covers electrical failures. i told them that the warranty covers all manufacture defects. They then stated that "The workmanship is referred to the electrical components and assembly. Damage to cosmetics due to chemical exposures of any kind is not a manufacture defect. We are aware of the plastics reacting to some chemicals like alcohol and other cleaning agents. Reason why we have discontinued and redesign with different plastics."I called them to explain and they were quick to hang up the phone.First of all, I DIDNT CLEAN IT WITH ANY CHEMICALS, I GRABEBD IT AND ITS STICKY AND BLACK STUFF IS ON MY HANDS. and second if there was redesign due to defective parts being pushed out to the consumers, then they should offer some kind of help for the people who bought the product, instead of arguing the definitions of the not its a useless piece of junk that's going in the trash.

If there is negative star I would do it.any driver to work with this company don't waste your time my appointment 3/05/2024 at arrived 11am and still am at the door 3/06/2024 5:35 pm even trying to cancel the load I can't stay away from this facility

Horrid company to work with. I recommend everyone who is ordering product from these people STOP! there are plenty other companies who are about their customers. If you want quality customer service this is not the place to go. Rude management who really don’t care if you get your order on time!

Would not recommend to work here they care more about production than their own employees. Upper management fire people based off their own feelings even if you’re a good hard worker. They rather focus more on drama than the employees that actually work hard and is dedicated. I wouldn’t recommend to work here through a temp agency because they will give you low hours when business is slow or either want you to sweep up dust the whole day or 12 hour shift. & yes this was the warehouse in Apex , Nc oh and another thing they don’t care if you served in the military or not they don’t care for veterans or soldiers on reserve. Seems to me the people who run the office and the hiring management dawn is racist and abuse their authority/power. This company definitely needs to be investigated for the sake of the employees and how they are being treated.

I had a Weller soldering gun that overheated and would not work. It was the first time I had used it - as it sat in my garage for 5 years.The model had been discontinued. Apex sent me a newer model replacement under warranty.I could not be more overwhelmed with the company's support and customer care. Thanks to the Apex support team.Chuck B

I had purchased a set of aviation snips a few years ago, to mainly cut metal banding on pallets in the weld shop I worked at. I then got into an HVAC job and would need to cut into pre existing duct work to do cleaning for customers. Not even a few months in my snips failed on me (the spring no longer would spring back, making the snips more of a manual cut) I reached out to Apex tool group as Crescent tools have a lifetime warranty on them. Megan T helped me out with the process in to getting me a replacement. I greatly appreciate the customer service thru apex tool group!

3pm appt arrived at 4 thanks to traffic issue, finally go in dock at 8pm, get woke up at 2am to "my shift is over, your load is ready except 40 boxes still on the line".....not what I wanted to hear after being there 10 hours. Especially after watching a dozen or more ltl trucks come and go!!! basically they don't have product made for the trucks they have ordered.

I applied for this company, and in return, I received an email stating that they appreciate my interest in this company, but they think that I wasn't the right fit for the position I applied for. If I knew that I would receive that kind of email, I would have never applied for this company at all. Now I feel like door of this company has closed in my face. I will never apply for this company again. Disappointed, upset, angry, disgusting, but this is a learning experience, that if one company say No. There is always another company that will say Yes.

I just delivered a large catering order to this company (about $300 worth); I had to carry an extra large duffle-sized bag of filled trays, 4 gallon sized beverages and another filled large bag, down an extremely long sidewalk, to reach a door where a woman was waiting with a cart. After filling the cart, they allowed me to leave without any compensation. I received a $3 payment from the 3rd Party delivery company I work for, but without this companies tip, unfortunately that was all I made. Needless to say, I will never deliver to this business again. People are working hard to make ends meet, during this Pandemic, and I didn't deserve that treatment.
