Please do NOT use this pharmacy if you value your well being! They are not reliable and honest! They promised they could fill a time sensitive specialty medication and had the prescription in hand for 2 weeks before I needed to pick it up. Today, the day before I am supposed to pick it up (and leave for holiday travel), I called to confirm a pickup time they said it wasn’t available. The worst part is that they didn’t order it for me in advance because they might lose money if it doesn’t get picked up.

This quaint family owned pharmacy is great! They carry some minor medical equipment, and it was very reasonably priced. Definitely coming here again!

We recently tried Apex pharmacy because we needed a compound. We immediately switched all of our prescriptions. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! Never going back to the big box places.

When you call, a real person answers the phone! I very much like their personal service and friendly employees. I used to go to a big box pharmacy, and I finally realized a local pharmacy was the way to go. They take my insurance, and they even helped me with a problem the big box store created when I transferred my prescription. William assured me I would have my meds that night, and he came through. Their shelves are practically empty, but that's probably because of the shortages right now. The important thing is that this is where I will have my prescriptions filled from now on!

I’ve been coming to Apex Pharmacy since prior to the Covid-19 pandemic for my prescriptions.Mr Magarira is always pleasant, timely and professional. I’ve not had a problem with refills nor new prescriptions from my physicians.I would recommend Apex Pharmacy for your all of your prescription needs

Great local pharmacy. If you've never used a local pharmacy I would strongly suggest that you give them a try, but you can potentially save a great deal of money.The will take their time and talk with you. Help you find generic alternatives. But the very best part is that they know you and look out you like a CVS never will.

William (owner) and Banele are two of the brightest and nicest folks I've ever met. When you walk in their door, I don't feel like an order number or a member ID card, I feel like a human being. If you are looking for a local, independent pharmacy in Apex and don't want to settle for second best, give them a visit! Plus they do compounding.

William has saved my family at least $1000 this year, by switching from Walgreens just down the street. People complaining about William should be ashamed, this guy has true character and is a great pharmacist. He called my MD to switch us to a generic saving us $160 per visit. The review on here about him being a stocker is hilarious and whoever wrote it needs to take their anxiety meds before writing google reviews.

I have special needs when it comes to pharmacies (custom orders, compounded medications, etc). I even need to have medications I get from other places flavored. They do it all here. Don't let the small size and basic merchandising fool you. William and his team know their business. They don't just bend to the will of your insurance company. They're honest about what they can do and how much something will cost, and they stick to their timelines. If I could bring everything here, I would, but the state of medical insurance in the US means I have to do what I can and work with places like Apex Pharmacy whenever possible.

Used this place twice and hated both experiences never go back even though I have to waste a day to get my prescriptions now at least it is filled when it is sapose to be
