Update: the director has reached out to me about this issue and expressed her concerns. She is also going to work on her team to fix how they answer the phone and identify themselves.The assistant director couldn’t provide me their name over the phone. I’ll be taking my child someplace else. Here’s a example of a proper way to answer the phone “thank you for holding this is _____ how can I help you.” She answered the phone “ummm hey “ I asked “your name is” and she said “no how can I help you!” I wouldn’t ever bring my kid to a place that people have to dodge others on the phone.
