First time taking my corgi/yorkie mix Kodi here and they did a great job! Best haircut she’s had. They cut her body nice and short for the heat but left her head longer. I will be taking her back! She loved it too.

First of all, this place smells awful and is insanely dirty. There are two birds in the waiting room that look like they’re literally about to die. I had an appointment for my dog at 10:00 am to get her nails trimmed and glands squeezed. The guy said he would call me when she was ready. Four hours later I still hadn’t heard back so I called to check on my dog and he said she’d been ready a while ago. I went to pick up my dog and she seemed really shaken up (like she just wanted to get out of there). The guy said that when he squeezed her glands nothing came out which is really unusual, so I think he just didn’t do it. He then charged me $41 for absolutely nothing because when I got home I looked at her nails and it looks like he didn’t cut all of them. The nails he did cut are torn up. On top of all that he was really creepy and made me super uncomfortable, which is why I didn’t argue the price or services. Also I think it’s important to note that the guy didn’t ask for proof of rabies or vet records. Super sketchy.

It smelt horrid inside. They only had 2 dogs the whole time. He didn't clip him short enough and didn't clip his toe nails. It also took way to long I thought.

These were the nicest 2 ladies. My dog was so scared. She picked her up and snuggled her the whole time the other one cut her nails. So sweet. Thanks.
