I called Monday afternoon for a new set of tires and Tuesday morning I was able to have them installed. They were very quick to order the tires and install them. The staff is very friendly and I’m very happy with the service. Will be coming back in the future !

I have been to this location 3 times now to have some tires put on. Website states they do tires and balance. I had my own tires that needed to be put on. Being that it is close to my home, I figured why not. All 3 times the staff have been unbelievably rude. Minus the lady behind the counter, she is the only person that works there that shows any kindness. I do not understand why they turn paying customers away. Is it because I had my own tires, and did not purchase from them? I don't know but regardless, I have never experienced anything like this before from a tire shop. Rudest people, and I will not be going back, nor will I tell anyone I know to use Campbell Tire due to the rudeness and disrespect. Unbelievable experience.

Had nails in both back tires. Came here first thing in the morning and they took me in right away. Very appreciative for helping me out like that. I'll definitely be doing business here again.

Not sure why, but was refused service the minute I pulled into the place. I Have a small fleet of semi's and low boy trailers around the area and I don't understand why the guy there didn't want to service me. He said they don't service semi's and trailers just local farm stuff. But I've heard they do it all.

I called asked about getting tires mounted and balanced told me 20 dollars up to 20inch rim. I dropped my wifes vehicle at 11:00 got out the car and instead of the owner saying how can I help you today I had to explain to him what I needed. I brought my own tires with me that where brand new amd the man said did someone give those to you no sir I have won three or four sets of copper tires. I had to ask him what time my car would be ready he didn't even say anythin. when I came to pick car up he walked in office says 100 labor the way I do math 20$x4=80. Not mad over the 20 but I'm a paying customer treat me like it weather you want to or not I will not take another vehicle there to be worked on.
