We did not enjoy our stay. Honestly, I’ve stayed in nicer, cleaner rooms at Myrtle Beach for less than $50 a night. The room was DIRTY—the first thing I noticed was fecal stains on the quilt. I tried calling the front desk and it was busy (the line was busy EVERY time we called so I think they leave it off the hook) so I went up and they gave me a new one. The stained one remained in the room and housekeeping did not remove it. The floors were sticky and left the bottoms of our feet black. We cleaned our feet with towels (housekeeping reluctantly replaced some of them but I had to go find them) and tried to clean the floor ourselves because housekeeping would not come in the room. There was a large gap under our door so I’m not sure if all of the roaches, moths, and flies lived in the room or were just visiting via the crack. One roach was a couple of inches long so it was either well-established in the room or came and went as it pleased. Everything smelled of wet dog—the bedding (which I don’t think is changed, ever), the shower curtain, and window curtains. This could indicate mildew or it just not being cleaned between having pet visitors. The breakfast they offer is very limited and they do not restock so if you are not one of the first couple of people to get breakfast you are out of luck. Nobody will come to the front desk to assist you unless you go up there within a couple of hours of the standard check in time. If you want to stay in a room that is smelly, sticky, dirty, and filled with bugs this is your place! Otherwise I would look for an AirBNB or stay in Murphy.

PERFECT!! If you like old, not very clean. There is a one inch gap under the door allowing critters to come in. Management decided to paint the hotel room doors while we were there. Said we would have to leave our door open!! Would take 2 hours to dry. We were not going to leave our things unattended! We lost an entire afternoon of our vacation literally watching paint dry!! After 4 hours, paint was still sticky, but we finally shut our door and went to dinner. Clerk (Beth) acted like I was being ridiculous for being upset over this!! When you have a paying guest, paint when no one is in that room. Sheets were not changed. Told clerk and she said we don’t change sheets unless you tell us to??!! Even after saying ok, I want them changed, they were not changed the next day. If you are only looking for cheap, this is your place. Not professional or clean. The country atmosphere was nice, but along with that comes the flies from the neighboring farm. Also, the bushes outside of our room reamed of cat urine. Feral cats roaming the area. Not even slightly impressed with the hotel or the way we were treated!!
Safety: They must think it safe, as they asked us to leave our door open and unlocked??!!

Booked this room because the site said is was close to the casino in Murphy. It is definitely not. Got back to my room with takeout and needed silverware and called the front desk. Nobody there and no answer to phone calls. I eat my chinese food with my fingers like a savage. Room smells like cigarettes. DO NOT STAY

This is a good, bad, weird, and concerning situation. We were in Andrews NC as part of an annual vacation. The cabin we booked was not acceptable when we arrived and it was after get some The only hotel was Quality. We just hoped they had room.and would allow dogs. They did so we checked in for 1 nights so we could regroup.
The good - the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We had a mini fridge and microwave unexpectedly, and the night desk staff was very pleasant.
The bad - the room was a smoking room because we wanted to be on the ground floor. It reaked. I can't even come close to describe the smell. The walls, ceiling, vents, air exchanger, everything was coated with tar. It was like a family of 5 chain smoked 5 packs a day for 30 years in that room. The room just felt dirty. The door had gaps around it letting bugs in, and all the fabric was worn, torn, and stained. We also found a paper towel wadded uo between the fitted sheet and mattress cover. It was like the cleaning crew did just what they had to.
The weird - it would seem like the office staff may have actually been the manager and they seem to have taken over several rooms on the second floor to live out of, which is fine. They had small children and pet and were gardening on site. Again, fine but weird when you see all sorts of boxes and such on the balcony.
The concerning was an encounter we saw/heard. The little girl living there (maybe 5) was walking on the balcony and saying don't touch me like that. There was enough going on that this behavior raised concern.
Overall, go into it knowing you get what you pay for and you should good sleep.

Had to change rooms because the first 2 rooms smelled like musty mold and cigarettes even though the rooms were none smoking. The second set of rooms smelled slightly better, but because it was 11pm I was too exhausted to keep playing musical rooms. The shower had mold. I was not impressed but unfortunately it was the only place to stay in Andrew's. Would rather sleep in my vehicle next time. The night clerk was polite and friendly.

Rip off. There were 5! flies in my room taht kept landing on my mouth all night. Gross. The breakfast is pathetic; stale onion bagels with peanut butter. Yech. The television is a joke. Half the channels dont work at all. Some of the channels are too dark, some have no sound at all. Some of them only use part of the screen! This is a joke at a Holiday Inn price.

The staff here were all very kind and helpful, I definitely am planning to come back! Rooms are nice and clean, beds, pillows and comfortable were all very comfortable. The area has TONS of delicious restaurants and adorable downtown areas to stroll in Andrews as well as just down the road in Murphy.
