We are on vacation from west central Florida. And our cabin rental has a steep gravel road incline where our 2007 Prius would get to a point and start sliding backwards. We called the owners and they said that you had to get up to 10-15 mph to get up the incline. We tried that only to find that the car would bottom out with a loud metal bang. We then got the red triangle, the check engine, and red car with exclamation point on the display. I took it by NAPA to have the codes read and they found nothing. The next day we were near the area and I stopped by Bakers. And I'm glad I did! I was quoted $80 diagnostic fee at a dealer over 1 hr drive away. At Bakers, he read all the diagnostic codes and checked everything over without a wait. He did a thorough scan of all vehicle parameters, and everything is working properly. He reset all of the codes for me and we're in good shape to drive the rest of our vacation and take our 800 mi trip back home. He deserves 10 stars, and his knowledge and simple explanations of what could've caused the errors made us feel confident that our vehicle was OK. All this for way under $50! They certainly want to help people and not rip them off. Thank you Bakers.

I took my car in on a Tuesday and he had my car fixed and ready to go at 8:30 the next day. Great team of workers very friendly an the price was very reasonable. I would defiantly recommend and take my car back for future repairs. Thank you so much

Great staff. We went to have a warranty fixed and have maintenance done on our Sienna. Ended up buying a Tacoma. The salesman was wonderful, so was our finance coordinator. The manager checked on us to make sure all was going well.
