I'm very upset. The girls need to warn you about deposit delays and new card delays. Went out of town with new card and was told it would work right away which was not true . In the beginning , I made deposits in cash and couldn't use my money right away either which didn't make any sense. Calling location or customer service is a nightmare. Why reduce hours? Lines are long. Last week I tried to make a purchase, card didn't work, used cash instead and was told the website didn't work last week. ???

I don't know what these other people on here are thinking or if they're actually family but the treatment we got from the African American lady up there today was unclassy and sad. She looked down her nose at us because we weren't members there and when we asked her how much it took to start an account, she said in a snobbish way, $25. Maybe the others that work here treat you like family but I don't need any family treatment like this and we just moved here from Florida and after this lady's treatment and acting like she was all that n we were beneath her, I'll take my multi 6 figure salary to a credit union or anywhere else before I give this place any business. Food for thought, remember the Golden Rule! I wonder how she would feel if someone acted all snobbish to her n treated her like a third class citizen when she knew better? Careful of who you hire unless you want this kind of people representing you and your business.
