Pharmacist was friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that the gentleman at the front checkout was a bit to eager to offer assistance and talked a bit too much while ringing up our purchase. I know he was just trying to do a good job but chill out a bit fella! ?

After receiving my flu shot in my left arm, my arm is still hurting 58 days later. My fingers are tingly and numb, the injection site is about a 7 out of 10 hurting all the time and my forearm feels like there's something crawling in it. After several phone calls trying to find out what I can do about it besides go to the doctor of course which I've done they seem to not giving two Flips about how the pharmacist who gave me the injection has injured me. I thought they'd be more concerned.

I am visiting this town. Stopped in here to get some deodorant. That have NO speed stick which in my opinion is a very popular deodorant. And the brands they did have were as high as $13 a stick. Where do they get off charging this? This is why Wal Mart is taking over the world.

First off I had trouble transferring my medications, have had numerous unprofessional experiences with customer service(one specific employee), hygiene issues with pharmacy technician, and have been disrespected regarding my medication questions by pharmacy technician that has the tongue ring. The actual pharmacist with blonde hair is the best employee the store has without her they would be lost puppies!

I live in Hickory, NC and I am old school and don't know how to get pictures printed off my cell phone. The Conover Walgreens staff would not help me and really wasn't nice about it. I was visiting a friend in Albemarle so I stopped by the Walgreens there. Stephanie in the photo department was great and helped explain the process. I can't thank her enough for her help.

On January 19, 2022, I called Walgreens on Salisbury Ave. I was on hold for 45 minutes. They have enough help in the pharmacy that someone could have answered the phone in 45 minutes.Very unacceptable. I have stood in line before for at least 10-15 minutes for a prescription with 4 people working back there. Someone from corporate needs to review the practices of this pharmacy.

I’ve gone to this Walgreens twice for the photo center. Super fast! Both times the person at the counter have been very nice. I don’t remember last time but this time the person at the register greeted me even though she had a customer checking out.

Lazy employee.. Had a few minutes before closing and an employee wouldn't let me in. I get wanting to get out of work, but dern. All i needed was toothpaste as i had to stay in town last minute and was out. 9pm means 9pm 8:55pm means 8:55. A pandemic doesn't excuse laziness.

Currently the 5th car in line waiting for over 20 mins and it is 6:04pm and they close at 9pm. This is by far the slowest pharmacy in Stanly County ! I wouldn’t even be as upset if the pharmacy workers had good attitudes. They are very rude and seem to lack enough training on certain areas. Something is always wrong here with your prescription or insurance every time you come and they always have to “investigate” at least that’s what I’m told. I’ve had the same insurance for 5 years. When reporting numerous times to the management here, it seems they don’t care one bit ! I say drive to Walmart or Moose Pharmacy where they treat you with respect and save yourself the hassle.
