I bought a used car from Tim Marburger Honda this past summer 2023 and they have gone the extra mile for me, I am a senior and the dedication, strong customer service, honesty, they have shown me has been amazing, so hard to find in car dealers these days and they back their word and service. They have a very strong Business Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Staff, You need to give them a chance to show you how amazing they are. They work hard together to make a great team and it shows. I have had previous BAD experiences with car dealers and finding this dealer was the light at the end of the tunnel, Truly a blessing this day and time. Please give them a chance and you will find out for yourself.
Update: I have been back since for service on my car and they have an EXCELLENT SERVICE Department, Thank you sincerely to Andrew Diedrich, Service Manager & Staff for your dedication to "Make Everything Right" motto when a customer brings in their vehicle for repair. Everyone in the Service Department is so cordial and caring explaining what has/had to be done in your repair, they have a nice waiting area with coffee/bathrooms close by. Everyone is very friendly and the wait is not bad at all for your repair & if the repair takes longer the Manager and Staff explain to you in detail what is going on.
This is the best Car Dealer Albemarle, NC has to offer and they are up front and HONEST with a HOME TOWN approach to taking care of their customers too. This is what buying a car Honest is all about and having a REAL Service Department to care for your new/used car, because there are some very DISHONEST Car Dealers in our small town taking advantage of Seniors & their Customers.

Was in the market for a newer ridgeline, dropped in at Marburger, met with a sales guy, looked over his vehicle, he worked up some numbers, his boss walked over and finalized the deal, in and out and very happy. Had went the day before to a closer competitor and difference in night and day the way they worked, and they low balled me on my trade in and jacked their vehicle sky high, Marburger gave me a fair trade and a decent out the door price, and yes, they dealed with out the door pricing! If not for that I would have shopped a little more but the deal they gave me was just to good to pass up, thanks guys. Love my truck, my second ridgeline and probably this one will outlast me.

After the run around and scammed with CDJR in Albemarle for 4 days, we came here and JAMIE CAUDLE listened to our concerns, and our wants. He puts me in a brand new 2025 Honda civic! He was absolutely AMAZING! We were in and out in no time! I can’t thank this team and Jamie enough for today after everything that I had just went through!!!

Along with most other dealerships, they don’t give you the time of day unless you have a 800+ credit score. But these people in general think they’re some kind of royalty but in reality they are just car salesmen.

I don't think that I would ever bring my trusted business back to this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle back on June 8th, 60 miles later on the same day the check engine light came on. I was told to bring my car back and it sat on their lot from the 10th of June until I picked it up on the 28th of June. Only to have the check engine light come on again for the second time same day I picked it up. During this time the driver side front caliper, rotor and brakes had to be replaced because the vehicle had an extreme wobble. I replaced that at my expense, not the dealership, (I feel they should take responsibility for that)The Service department broke off a bolt repairing the catalytic converter and failed to tell me about that. This has been one head ache after another. I sent in an email to both the Service Manager Andrew Diedrich and General Manager Brian Dixon expressing my feelings and frusterations. I did speak to Andrew the same day i had sent my email. He apologized and said it was kinda the perfect storm after i bought my car as their system went down and he was pre occupied with handling other issues other than the one i was having. He offered to get me in a loaner so again I'm unconvinced out of my
vehicle. All because the mechanics failed to fix the converter right the first time. A week goes by and I had not heard from anyone there due to lack of communication and poor follow-up. This past Monday I get a call from a mechanic letting me know my loaner car was ready and I could swap out vehicles. I get the loaner car that is not cleaned out, I found 4 other loaner contracts in this car with people's information on them...dl, date of birth, name and address. I believe this is just carelessness on TMH... Now my car has been there 2 days and I have yet to hear back from anyone about my vehicle. I'm really not the kind of person to complain however this is unacceptable. This has been an ongoing issue since June 10th. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. My concerns and feelings have not really been validated by anyone there other that the Sales Mgr. I have read TMH mission statement, they are not living up to it. I really truley expected a whole different buying experience when I gave my business there.

We have bought and leased over 15 vehicles in our life. Tim Marburger Honda gave us the best and simplest experience ever. Lucas Isenhour was our sales representative. He knew what he was talking about. Gave us a deal over phone and lived by that when we showed up. I’d recommend him
And the dealership over every one in the Charlotte area hands down. Thanks Lucas!
