I work the night shift, so this is one of the few places in Albemarle that is open any time of night if I need one of the essentials. (As an aside, for those like me who are out at all times of the night due to an irregular work schedule, don't you miss places like Walmart being open 24 hours per day? The pandemic ruined basic access for those like me who are, uh, differently employed.) Anyway, I've been to this location hundreds of times without a negative experience.

It's a shame every time I come into this store, especially with my children, a particular tall older female employee (not Caucasian - I don't know her name) is constantly loudly using the foulest language among shoppers, employees and outside the store while on the phone with no respect to anyone being forced to hear it. I really wish management cared more than to accept this behavior.

I was told by an employee that I wasn’t allowed in the store with my service dog even after I stated he was a service dog and she proceeded to get very rude. I’m allowed to have my service dog with me at all times anywhere I go he is to be me. He’s trained for medical reasons and I don’t appreciate that I was talked to the way she spoke to me yelling at me saying dogs can’t come in the store cause we serve food and I stated again that he is a service animal yes he is allowed to come in the store if he can go into any other restaurant that serves real food others than hot dogs. I’m not to be denied by any means whatsoever to enter the store while I have my service animal with me. What if I was to have a seizure and he’s not there to help me get someone to help then what????
