I just got 2 injectors from this place. after looking at the receipt I noticed a charge of $46.95 on our company card. this was never discussed at the time I give the credit cart information. DO NOT USED THIS PLACE. FRAUD ALERT. I will be calling my credit card company to stop the payment. Until the changes are fixed

I recommend Piedmont Diesel for any work you need. We appreciate their hard work. We moved away from our previous trusted shop but the competent, kind, thoughtful staff at Piedmont Diesel are now our new trusted shop in NC. We provided an extensive list of items to repair and they also made another recommendation that was not visible to us. Our truck is a 2008 6.4L Ford F-350 truck which requires that the cab be lifted off for some of these repair/service items and they wisely focused on major repairs and service items to maximize the value of the work required "under the hood." The truck is, once again, a dream to operate.

Be extremely careful, get pricing up front. There was no "Minimum Charge" listed anywhere! I understand you have to pay a fee for looking at any vehicle. I even thought around $150 but not a minimum of $270. Ouch and they are not 100% sure that is my issue. I will let my diesel sit in yard before it goes back to that garage.

Employees are super nice. Pricing is ridiculous. Was expecting around a $500-$550 invoice. They replaced 2 batteries for $394(expected), diagnostic fee $85(expected), 3hrs of labor for $255 for driving my truck up and down the street?? The only wrenches turned on my truck was to replace the batteries. After a $807.71 bill, they didn't fix my truck and couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Nope I got the right place School bus yellow truck Old Charlotte rd Albemarle NC YA'll had my truck for two weeks Now I'll be SURE to tell ten friends Original post has been removed So I had my 6.0 brought to piedmont diesel with a no start situation Truck was returned with my hood supports broken Truck smoked all the way home I feel lucky I was able to to spend the money PIEDMONT DIESEL left in my pocket at the shop of my choice Considering the POOR job they did Definitely would not recommend this shop Defiantly a case of CANT BELIEVE INTERNET ADVERTISING

Great experience with these guys. Had my 6.0 head gasket, water pump, hpop, etc, etc replaced. Top notch crew that explained the entire process and performed quality work. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing!! Great people!! They are honest, friendly, and fair. They do excellent work to get you fixed right, the first time. They don't sell you what you don't need or try to make up problems like other shops. Todd has the Bosch test machines for injectors and pumps. So everything can be done in house without guessing by throwing parts at the problem. If you need diesel work done, don't go anywhere else. I hauled my truck from two hours away because I knew he would take care of me. And he absolutely did!!

Love this place. Todd and Jeannie are the best folks. The crew helped turn my plain Jane F-250 old white work truck into the beautiful bullet-proof "Blanca." Now I can tow my RV anywhere without worry.
